No throat hit from standard 510 atomizer!

This is really annoying me and I'm wondering who else has this same problem.
I don't feel any throat hit at all any more from 99% of all 510 STANDARD atomizers BUT occasionally there will be 1 or 2 regular atomizers that DO provide throat hit. Why is that??

i started out on 510s and thought the throat hit was just fine. Until recently when i got a couple LR510s. Now I think i'm going to have trouble going back to standards.

Are these used atomizers? If they are try changing the filler material.
