That's the first time I've ever heard "quit it out" and was thinking how much I like it. Must be a regional thing?

I hadn't looked at it yet. It's good and is easy to read. I like it.

THe only suggestion that i have is that if you're aiming for readers that are new to e-cigs you might want to define your terms a little, or just let the reader know what a mAh is and why 5 volt vaping is better than 3.7 for you.

TKD is fun! These old bones feel fine. Kids had a blast knowing mom and dad were doing it with them. DD #1 is 2 months ahead of the rest of us, and she got to show off and demonstrate a couple of the moves. She loved it. DD #2 couldnt restrain herself and was judged to be about the same level as #1. Sure made everyone happy.

IF you ever thought of doing Tae Kwon Do, go check it out.

...I've used quit it out for most of my life...Kansas, Texas, Oklahoma, Tennessee...these were all places I lived when I was young and it's used in all of them.

Hi Ladies, Been busy for last couple of weeks. Mike had shots done in his back for pain..it didn't work but it also didn't paralyze him..so that's good. We bought a new shed with some of the money from the car wreck. It a wooden 10x12 and I painted it the colors that house will be painted in the next week or so. (pale green and white) I thought that would look good under the oaks. I just hate the grey my mom painted the house last time! The trim will be white and the wrought iron uprights will be a dark sage instead of black. We have been doing some hedge cutting to get ready and power washing the house.
Christmas was fun, lots of people and food. I got an elec fireplace, I missed my real one from the old house. It's coming in handy tonight..down in the 30's! Most of the time I just turn the fire on for pretty with no heat. I also got a tardis usb hub thingy..complete with a blue light and tardis noise. (Dr. Who's blue police call box time machine).
New years was quiet..inside, outside the neighbors for miles around lit up the sky until 3 a.m.! My dog was going nuts even with pills.

Hi Ladies. Been quite busy lately and just popping on to read and right back off.
We are once again working on our house remodel, it's going to be a expensive long tiring sore muscles exciting year. Lord protect my hubby by granting me patience! lol.

I just came home from having a lactic acid peel on my face.....first time I've ever done anything like this. My friend's dermatologist's office is running a special and she talked me into it. I'd been having some skin problems, persistent breakouts, etc. (at my age - ridiculous). It's one of those "lunchtime" peels you may have heard about. Although a little pink, my face looks great so far and the pores on my nose are almost nonexistent. I wonder how long this will last.
