100 threads about something similar, I know, but I thought I'd share.
I know I'm not the only one with this issue. Every time I take a hit from my e-squizz around somebody who doesn't
vape, the first thing I hear is negativity. It could be inside, outside, over here, over there, no matter what people LOVE to be offended by my
vaping. This is especially true for many of the people I know who smoke cigarettes still.
We all know that this is generally from a lack of education on the subject, but I assumed people would be more supportive of the fact I'm not smoking anymore. Every time I hear "You know those things are worse than cigarettes, right?" or "I heard those things will explode and kill you" or even "Cigarettes aren't even that bad for you" I think of one of my favorite quotes:
"All truth passes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed. Second, it is violently opposed. Third, it has been accepted as self-evident."
Assuming Vapocalype doesn't ruin this for us, do you think
vaping will reach step three for the general public? It's gonna be a long road in my opinion, but we're making progress every day.
Edit: why did I post this in New Members?
