Guess ill use this thread to introduce myself and get the post count up... I'm only a 3 cig a day smoker and weekend cigar warrior. I seriously don't plan on giving up my cigars but cigarettes need to go. Not to mention when I drink the cig count goes up way to much.

Nevertheless Ive started researching the ecig/PV for a friend who is a heavy smoker. I was so fascinated by it I immediately went out and bought a TW Titan 510 starter kit, five, 3ml samples from juicy vapor and five, 3ml samples from velvet vapors. Its been less than a week and just today I jumped all over the LF eGo deal for 39.99. So far Ive been cig free and enjoying every minute of my PV. This slope sure is slippery.

Welcome Coz to ECF. Thanks for taking the time to post and tell us your story. I really enjoy vaping, but I think that if I only smoked 3 analogs a day, and was going to continue smoking cigars, that I wouldn't start with a 3rd system to get nicotine into my body. But, what the heck, you are welcome here, and I hope that you enjoy your vaping experience. The eGO is a great piece of vaping hardware, so you made a good choice there.

Welcome, Coz. I'm from NY too, but upstate.

I think you should be careful as to your nic concentration, definitely. I haven't purchased any 0 nic vapor yet but people often suggest that as a way to minimize the amount of nicotine you're getting while still fulfilling the mechanical craving to smoke something. Can anyone here attest to 0 nic vapor? Does it still give a throat hit?

Anyway, great to have you around.

Let me clarify...I could have easily kicked the 3 day cig habit, maybe not so much when I drank but analogs didn't really have a hold on me. I was buying them and smoking them and that was enough for me. The ecig isn't necessarily a quitting tool. I was just fascinated with the hobby. Thought Id check it out. I like the fact I can do it in the house. I like the fact that I don't have to sneak cigs behind my kids backs. I like the fact I don't stink and I like the fact that when I need a quick fix I can retire to my bedroom drip 3 drops and be done. Plus the weather is getting colder in NY cant really be outside for an hour enjoying my cigars.

Seriously though if you guys think this is something I shouldn't get myself into just to do it I'd like to hear your thoughts. Is it probably better to just put PV down now before it gets a hold of me? Thoughts welcome...

Oh also Cigars do come as E-Cigars -- I dont remember where -- may cozycon U-Tube reviews?

Ill stick with analog cigars. Cigars, Ecigars, ecig, analogs....apples and oranges.. I think we all know that.

My cigars are a hobby not an addiction true cigar smokers know that. I can go weeks without a cigar. I only take the time to enjoy one when I truly have the time and commitment to do so. Cant really compare cigars and analogs.

Hey coz, I'm from NY as well, and just ordered my starter kit too. I went with the Red Dragon. I like the fact that it's a super-mini. Plus my buddy vapes Greensmoke, and the cartos are interchangable.

I ordered a sample pack from VV as well. How long did it take to arrive? Just curious, because I can't wait for my juice to get here. I live upstate.

about 3 days....VV rocks! I highly recommend their 100% VG. I really don't like a strong TH and Kat's 100% VG seems to fit the bill for me....TONS of vapor. Good stuff!
