You mean for immediate pick up? These are the ones I know of:
canvape (flea market but only on weekends)
happy vaper (order online and pick up at warehouse location tue-fri. Also have flea market locations on the weekends)
Can't remember right now but there is also a store at yonge/st clair

(hope I'm not breaking forum rules)

Urbanvapour/onestopeshoppe have a store at Yonge and St. Clair. Canvape is the cheapest and you should get things within a day or two - all the other vendors mentioned have a good reputation and are fast as well though.
