Thanks, I suprised my self to be honest. I thought it was going to be a struggle but the taste is so much better than tobacco! I haven't had a cigarette in roughly 4 months

That review has convinced me to get that mod, I like the fact that you charge the battery with a usb charger I am used to that.

I think I need to pick a tank to go for now, I am looking at the Innokin iSub but 'organic cotten coil heads' are putting me off, should I be?

The only downside Organic cotton heads have is that you can not fire them when dry and thoroughly have to pre-prime them before installation into the tank, then let them sit upright for about 5minutes one primed and installed to allow and assure a proper priming and plenty of juice is available at the coil. Other than than, the flavor and wicking speed is better than silica wicks in most basic clearomizer tanks. I think an iSub tank comes with the full Cool Fire 4 kit, I'd get a Subtank Mini, nano, or plus as an extra purchase, let you balance and decide which one will work best for you in the long run, then purchase more of the one you like the best, though the Subtank models as stated above, with the included rebuildable deck has more room of expansion and growth options.

I have been tobacco free for 7 1/2 month. this weekend I pulled out one of my old pipes to remind me of the taste of real tobacco. I took 3 puffs than put it away. it tasted like s**t.vaping has ruined tobacco for me and I use to really enjoy my pipe. hehehehe. congratulations on making it to 4 month

Yes, lower heat will help extend the life of a coil wicking longer.

Excessive heat
Dark and colored liquids
Tobaccos
Whole Tobacco Alkaloid (WTA) and Naturally Extracted Tobacco (NET) liquids
Bakery and Savory flavors (custards, pastries, pie and cake flavors, etc)
Overly Sweetened liquids (sucralose and such added)
these will all lower the life of a coils wicking and gunk up quickly.

Me again I have got my cool fire IV and iSub and it is great. But I'm finding it far too strong at the minute, I think I need to bed myself into it haha.

Again, going to be a silly question but I am using 0.5 coils is it safe to smoke on low watts? I can go between 6-40 watts and I am on 25 at the moment..

It is absolutely safe to vape at low watts.

When purchasing off FastTech (located in China) a couple of other things worth mentioning.

1. When the description says "style" it's a clone. "Authentic" is the original.
2. Read all reviews & discussions on the item you are looking at. That will tell you a lot about the product.

-- Good point. I wanted to add that ChinaBuye doesn't provide such distinctions. They say they open and test all the products and that's why the seals are broken. They are shipping counterfeit cheap junk and selling it as authentic. I made a few purchases in a row from them and after they arrived a month later, I discovered that its all crap!!

I had better luck with fasttech and will pay the few extra dollars to get what's adverted!
