My girlfriend had some white cloud batteries (kr808) laying around, so after a few weeks of getting back on the cigarette train, I ordered some Kanger T4 clearomizers. They work pretty well but I've read the Kanger eSmart clearos are a better build. At this point I want to keep these as backups and get the Kanger Evod starter kit. Seems slightly better than the egos. Any other suggestions or comments?

That Kanger Evod kit is a nice one... the only thing I would change is VV batteries iinstead of the standard ones.

If I knew then what I know now, I would have picked up two 1300 spinners with some evods as my 'starter'. I eventually picked up a Vamo V3, but my trusty spinner still gets plenty of miles put on it. I love that thing.

I agree with the spend the extra and get vv or vv/vw right away. Evods are awesome but with a 2.4+/- ohm head and fixed batt, some juices won't vape well at all. It's a pain messing around with different ohm heads too. VV/VW fixes the issue immediately.

I have spinners, winders, and an itaste 3.0. All work brilliantly with evods and also do fine with t-3's and just about any decent clearomizer.

One thing I wished I ordered sooner in the game was glass tanks. I have a pro-tank 2 and 2 davide mini's in vapemail transit as we speak along with my first larger mod (smoktech SID). I tested both tanks on my buddy's vamo this past weekend and they were both fantastic performers. The nice thing about evods/ptanks/davides is that they all use the same heads. Keeps life simple.

Thanks for all the good info. After some thought I am wanting to go with the Innokin MVP 2 (released? soon?) and a an RBA. It might be a little ambitious to just go with a the RBA (genesis or something along those lines) but I figure the safety features of the MVP will let me get the hang of rolling up my own coils. With the RBA I expect I'll get the best quality smoke, taste, and all glass. With the MVP I will be able to check Ohms. I have a buddy in town that is all about this, with many mods and the best of the best, so he will be my guide.

Then.... I will be able to go mechanical at some point after that.

I am really jealous that you know someone that can help you set up your own RBAs. While I learned through youtube vids and the like, I feel like it would have been much much faster if I had someone actually helping me. I think the MVP 2 is good choice. I am actually awaiting a group buy for mine to get here :-(. It is going to be a few weeks!
