Noobish battery question

Yeah, this is a noobish question but, my ACDC box mod uses 2 14500s for VV. I have one set of 14500s that stay within 0.01V of each other before, during and after use. A second set of 14500s starts out at full charge the same, 4.20V, but by the time I take them out at ~3.5V, one of the batts is ~0.1V less than the other. Is this something to be concerned about?

I wouldn't worry about a tenth of a volt, but if it was a half volt, it probably means one of the batteries has worn prematurely. Even brand new, two batteries off the same assembly line don't hold the exact same amount of charge.
