And once again after i have ordered there is a forien transaction fee of $1.53 posted two days later on my credit card. They didnt fix it the first time so i dont expect them to fix it this time so i will fix it my self by not giving them any more bussiness. there are about twenty five of us here in waldorf MARYLAND GO TERPS that i know of and we all will not be using them again. JAMES

As has been mentioned before, customers ARE shown a message that SOME
banks or credit card issuers MAY charge a transaction fee. By clicking
to go ahead with the order, you accept that warning. Complain to YOUR
credit card issuer, not TW.

Edit:
Actually, it says:
Please be aware that Totally Wicked is a UK registered company, therefore
you may receive a small international fee which is levied by the provider of
your bank account or Credit Card. Unfortunately Totally Wicked has no
control over these charges and is unable to refund them.

i do understand now the money goes directly to uk well it should be set up to go to florida then they should wire it to the uk its still not good for customer relations but i guess thats one way of keeping track of his money still will not be ordering again though

misswicked is right, it does not go to tw. and if they would set up an account in the u.s. they could not use paypal, paypal usa does not allow ecig purchases.
now, knowing all this, tw should provide a large, large notice of this charge prominently in their shopping cart; better yet, if that's the only way they can do business here they should offer AUTOMATICALLY a 3%discount to their customers to offset that charge

I have ordered from TW through PayPal and don't understand how they can keep using them since they are anti- e-cigs or at least that is what I was told on this forum. I am slightly afraid to order until I find out if it's a legal procedure.

i believe tw is using pp uk which does not have the same restrictions as pp usa hence the foreign transaction fee
