not getting much flavor???

I actually ran into this. I just wasn't getting any flavor out of my ADV and I was using a protank. I mustive rebuilt about 30 coils. My ejuice was 100% VG, but the vapor just tasted bland and watery. Plenty thick, but no flavor. I chalked it up to vapors tounge, but for the heck of it, I rebuilt a vivi nova head, filled the tank and the flavor was back.

Now, I love the protanks, but for this particular juice I'm getting better flavor out of the vivi. I also tried it in a carto tank, and plenty of flavor again.

I did try rebuilding the protank with stainless steel mesh, and it improved, but still not like in my vivi's or cartos. I prefer the vivi's as I can rebuild them and also clean the heads pretty regularly.

I'm just sharing my experience, I'm actually quite a noob, but it was a frustrating deal and I just wanted to share what worked for me.

Dang, even though I've been chain vaping 3 different juices and rotating on a whim, I had no clue about vapers tongue.

Seriously, I'm no noob,,,,,,,I've been vaping 14 months and every couple months or so, I have 3-7 days where my favorite juice (Juicy Peach) just doesn't taste right,,,,,

I usually switch to green apple for a day or so,,,,,,,,

I know it happens to newbies,,,,,,,,but sheesh,,,,,,,,,,this happens every couple months!

Yes, it happens to me constantly. Over and over and over again. It's not as severe as the "original" noob vaper's tongue but it's still annoying as hell. I do think there are a combination of factors at work causing this (not the least of which is my ADV is a very thick, dark juice clogging up the works despite thinning it with distilled water ) and not just being the noob I am. My taste buds wish yours the best of luck and a speedy recovery.

Have you try to remove a wick from the protank? That help mine but nothing compared to the others tanks that I own.

not yet waiting on the materials to get in so I can rebuild I might need to invest in the vivi nova but I havnt heard much about them
