Well, we think so -- otherwise we wouldn't put up with all this nonsense. Have you had a chance to compare for yourself yet?

I think this is a good point, and as RB says, as others have the same tech available, will we still be here hoping for the best? It seems doubtful with stuff like this happening regularly.

And to the owners of Bloog....

My husband and I own a small business. And I work for a business in the social media department, besides the editing I do for them. And I KNOW that in order to make a business a success, especially in the beginning, you need to do all that it takes to make it work. And if that means you need to work weekends, then you do. And if it means shipping on off days, you do that too. And if it means spending your days at work and your nights promoting your business and keeping your customers happy you definitely neeeeed to do that too. Because it takes a LOT more than just a great product to be a success. It takes hard work, diligence, and keeping your customers as happy as humanly possible.

This is very well-stated. I own a business, and I've learned one thing very quickly: keeping a customer you already have is far more important than recruiting 10 new customers. The loyal customer will continue to buy your product if you treat them well and they have faith that you're doing your best, even if the price is slightly higher than others offering the same product. Exclusivity doesn't last forever in this industry, and soon the same product will be available from competing vendors. Only outstanding service will keep customers loyal to a company they've chosen, and right now that doesn't seem to be happening.

It's also a damned shame that the "new guy" Red is apparently tasked with cleaning up whatever messes haven't been handled by existing staff.

I am very very sorry about your order, and about the blanks in particular. I have to take the blame for the short supply of blanks from this order. :oops:

I just discovered a screw up, that I failed to catch. In all my QC, there's one simple little step that I haven't been taking. Counting. I never physically count the quantity of the finished product, I trust them to do it for me. Well, that bit me on the ... this time. It turned out that the production manager misread our order quantity as the number of individual cartos, not as the qty of 5-packs! So, when they were shipped, there were only 1/5 of the amount we had ordered, but the number written on the packing list appeared to be the full amount.

The good news however, is that between the other 4/5s which they are making now, and the emergency order I put in for more blanks, we should have a LOT more blanks shipping by the end of the week, in all colors.

If they ship by the end of the week when can we expect them to be on the website to order?

Next week is the best I can say. It will depend on what day they ship, and which day DHL can fit them on the Shenzhen to HK chopper. And our last couple of shipments have taken longer to get from here to NJ than usual, so it's harder than usual to estimate. For example, I'm tracking a shipment right now that left HK on Sunday (HK time, so Saturday US time), but still hasn't been scanned in the US. Usually it would have been in NJ already.
