If it was only a couple months ago that V4L switched, you probably got the older type from another vendor. *fingers crossed*. But really, there aren't any other options to get a auto that isn't sound activated than the KR8 and the SmokeStik. You could always e-mail the CS from where you bought them from and ask. They might know for sure. I do know that Drew from NHaler said his current KR8s were vacuum, but his are US assembled, and expensive as a result. I would ask the supplier you ordered from.

My first is an 808 I was not fond of the cartomizers that came with it (nasty flavor) i got a 901 atomizer and drip tip and i cant stop. Glad to not be smoking anymore.

I ordered my Aunt the 901 addy with the KR808 manual battery and she loves it.
In face, we are converting my friend from a Smoke 51 trio. He said that the 901/808 is lighter than the Smoke 51 trio.

So I ordered him a a set today, and will probably sell his Smoke 51 trio.

I just got an 808 in the mail today, I love it. I wish I had gotten it earlier.I haven't tried filling a cartomizer yet but so far so good.

I started with and have a KR808 and I'm very happy with it, haven't smoked an analog for over a month AND I just got my new CE2(r4) cartomizers and so far they are kickin' ...!!! I'm getting good vapor and flavor, although the camel flavor does taste a wee bit off, other than that I'm impressed so far.
