the ego-T was my 2nd PV - and the tank atomizers are good for a while, but IMO not worth the price they cost - HOWEVER - the EGO-T battery is PHENOMENAL - so you can pair your EGO-T battery with some Boge LR Cartomizers, or even the dual Coil Cartomizers, you can even pair it w/ just a 510 / 306 atomizer (and drip tip) and go that route.

At least - that's what we did (my ego-T battery though - I keep and use a lot through the day)

What is a cartomizer. Show me, explain, something.. if its just the cartridges with the fiberfill in them I'm not really interested, I like the tanks because I don't have to drip, but I've used those cartridges and I hate them. However if the cartomizers are something different I'd like to see what they are but I can't really find anything called a cartomizer on any of the supplier sites I've seen.

Please keep in mind I am a noobie. IDK what a 306 atomizer is. I just learned that the Ego batt is a 510 connection, and I don't know what that means other than its the part that screws in lol.

The 306 has the same threading as a 510 (so if you see 306 you can use it too on your EGO)

The Boge Cartomizers have filling - and they're a Cart + an atomizer in one, and when I'm not dripping they're what I will use. The dual coil cartomizers run a little hotter than the Boge's and they hold quite a bit more liquid.

Sorry - I tried to paste a picture, but it didn't work :(

ok so its a cartridge+atty in one. I'll see if I can find Boge Cartomizer and see what they are like -- I like dripping, when I tried it before getting the Ego-T, but when I go on my long trips I want something that I don't have to screw with while driving (9 hour trip with 3 stops)

Do you mean something like this? http://www.vaporkings.com/Dual-Coil...a-cartomizers-p/510-cartomizer-dchv-clear.htm

I admit I'm interested, if they hold quite a bit and are refillable. What do you use when you drip with an Ego battery?

Yeah - I getcha there :) It's personal preferences, but I didn't have a lot of luck w/ the EGO-T atomizers, they died too quickly for the price (IMO) For the price of 1 EGO-T atomizer, you can get 5 Boge Cartomizers. I don't know if it'll help - but my monthly shopping list :)

1. 2, LR306 atomizers (need a DT for those, but I've seen 2 vendors selling them cheap W/ a drip tip (at the moment))
2. 1 packages of Boge Cartomizers - 5 of those little suckers will last me a month. (but I drip throughout the day)
3. The juices I want.

I normally spend around $100 per month - but that is for 2 people (I left out that I buy LR510s for him) So - that 1 package of Boge's is for the both of us. I can get a day out of the Boge cartomizer (which holds about 16 drops of liquid) but the SECOND I get a hint of burnt taste, I grab another cartomizer which I have prefilled waiting for me.

Thank you for the info Ann_Marie, I think I might give those a try (I think I edited my post while you were typing lol) how would I go about finding a 306 atomizer for an ego, just search on whatever supplier I am using? I like dripping (thought I'm always worried about using too much liquid or not enough and ruining my atomizer), just want something for going out, or my long trips, that I can reuse preferably! :) Sounds like maybe I will try these dual cartomizers.

BTW I THINK I've managed to fix up one of my attys, trying the other one now, I blew the damn thing for what felt like an hour (was probably like 10 minutes) dropped a couple drops of 0 nic clear vanilla (I don't have any straight PG) and blew some more, and it seems a lot better. Now to try the one that's REALLY bad... ;) Thanks MK for that, I am trying what you said :)

PS I sincerely and completely apologize for sounding .....y or put off, I don't mean to be, its lack of nicotine coupled with my children hating me today

Those dual coils you posted are Smoketech so they're good (I like the non-clear casing though, those clear ones seem to come apart too easily IMO Dual Coil Heavy Vapor (DCHV) Black 510 compatible mega cartomizers :) The 306s I know of 2 vendors right now which are running sales on them - about $6.00 for a 306 w/ a DT included. I'm not sure what vendors are allowed on here or not, since the link I posted broke.

Vapor kings has joye LR 306s Joye 306 LR (low resistance) atomizer
But - they don't sell the DTs for them

Rain...it sounds like they still have water in them from cleaning...if they are getting hot but no vapor after cleaning.....blowing the e-liquid through (or plain vg) helps get out the rest of the water (actually add itself to it making it somewhat vapeable)...and then vapor production will get better.

Just because no more water blows out after you wash them does not mean they are free of water inside.

I can tell you a secet Anne..When dropping from any amt of Nic to the next lowest I start by mixxig them Save an empty bottle (5 or 10 mg.) to do this. I pour say...11mg into the bottle say 1/2 way up and then add some of the 8mg. say another 1/4 ..don't be exact! When that's gone maybe I will do half and half and so on After a while you have no clue what the nic is in the bottle. Now you can move on to 8mg.

I will definitely do this in the future just in case, put in a lil bit of liquid once I think they are dry. Thank you EVERYONE for being so awesome

Has anybody showed you or told you how to dry burn your attys yet? I do this all the time. Last night I had 2 901 attys that I was going to throw away because there was no vapor but the attys were warm so the coil wasn't fried. I soaked them 1 hr in denatured alcohol (pharmacist said that was best for electronics because it doesn't leave any residue behind), then rinsed with distilled water, shuck (sp) out as much water as I could then dry burned. It took quite awhile but the coils finally turned red hot. Now they work just fine. If you don't know how to dry burn, let me know and I will explain. You can only do this with manual batteries though and not with cartos with filler material.
