I quit in 3 days from a 3 pad habit with just a basic cig-sized kit (still had a lot of cravings). My wife took a couple of weeks smoking about 6 a day. So everyone is different. High nic 24mg juice helped.
I've been reading post after post about how everyone has been able to make the switch from the real thing to e cigs pretty easily, but for me I just can't kick the habit. I have cut way down from a pack a day to maybe 7-8 cigs a day. Is that how you guys stopped, or did you quit cold turkey? Any advice would be great. Thanks guys. By the way "guys" is a general term not talking to just the men. Thanks
It is quite hard if you have analogs with you also. Try to not buy them and stay away from people who smoke them for a bit. You will still have triggers for a real analog, because they give you more than just nicotine. If you increase your mg on the eliquid to begin with, might help a bit also.
