Not sure which Doubler to get...

Need to order a doubler but have no clue which to get. I've got 24mg/ml (25%) that I need to cut down. I tried cutting with the Glycerin USP (25%) and Destilled Water (25%) that I got from the local drug store and ended up with a sore throat and headache. After reading alot of threads, I have no clue which to purchase. Your site has 3 different mixes, and the straight of PG and VG... now my question:
Which would you suggest? Of course TH and Vapor are both important...

Geoff can answer this the best...but ill give it a go. Just because im all yacky..

The doubler is mainly used for cutting down the nic juice of the same eliquid as the doubler. Say you purchase 48 mg nic of Atomic Fireball..you can order the doubler of the Fireball...and cut it down to 24 mg 12 mg or 6mg..by adding the doubler. Say you want 24mg Atomic Fireball...you add equal amounts of the Atomic fireball eliquid to the atomic fireball doubler.

I get a sore throat / headache from mostly pg...so i usually order doublers in 50% / 50% equal amounts of pg / vg...to mix the eliquid with.

I think the more vg you get the stronger amount of vape...and the more pg the stronger amount of Throat hit.

You can get the doublers in the pre-mixed flavors or in just one flavor if there aren't 3 you want to mix. I have a Butter Cream doubler because it's mixable with a lot of things and just has a smooth, sweet (but not overly sweet) flavor. It would probably depend on what you want to blend it with.

k, think I need to rephrase my question,

Not sure which mix to get the;
70PG/30VG
50PG/50VG
70VG/30PG
all VG

I don't think straight PG is an option since I got such a sore throat and headache. So of the remaining options, which would be my safest bet? The juice (24mg) as it stands now doesn't bother my throat or give me headaches, but it's too strong so I need to cut it down with one of the above options. I'd hate to get one that does the same thing the Glycerin did...

personally i get 50/50 in the doublers..but thats just a preference because of the sore throat i get with mostly pg

the other thing to factor in is your nic juice in pg or vg? you may want to adjust based upon that. if your nic juice is in pg the I WOULD STILL GO WITH 50/50, IF YOUR NIC JUICE is in vg then i'd adjust. Ooops sorry about the caps

Thank you everyone! Not sure Jlmanno what my current juice has, suppliers site doesn't say one way or the other, so I'd be willing to be it's PG. I'll take the advice and order the 50/50...

my nic liquid is all PG and because I have a slight sensitivity, I get the all vg doubler. The all vg isn't really all vg...it's mostly vg. I get good TH and tons of vapor without headache or sore throat.

I would get some flavorings to bump-up your nic liquid+doubler combination, if you're using plain nic liquid. Otherwise you'll dilute the flavor since Doublers are not double-flavor, they're just 0mg flavored liquid used to vape straight or mix to lower the nic level of his eliquids.

(I've had success with some DIY if I use ~50% TV doubler, then add my nicotine liquid and flavors to taste. Great way to 'tweak' a Doubler flavor. Tastes way better than my all-DIY efforts!)

I went with 70%PG/30%VG. With the 48mg with 10% VG.
Its working great for me cutting it 1part nic to 3part doubler.
