I missed the Garcia-Saunders era, but such a great band. Spent many nights with Jerry at Keystone. Such a great happening, just a little bar that holds just a couple hundred and a ton of amazing music !!!

@Wharf . . . I never got a chance to see Jerry . . . except with those other guys. I really wish I had've taken in some JGB shows. I'm finding I really enjoy the stuff I'm finding now . . . that I've mellowed out a little.

I'll throw in a show from one of my favorite places during the summer. The Oregon Country Faire is held here each year.

Grate stuff Freaky........ Every NYE Bill Graham would come down from the rafters on a wire at midnight. Baby new year, a giant glowing wacky tabacy, once 5C, on a HD engine roaring!!!! He'd hit the stage just at 12 with the Dead playing Sugar Magnolia/Sunshine Daydream. Not much better than that...... if you like that kind of stuff
