Good morn all :)

Dee I have a milk frother that uses a AA bat. I tried it but it doesn't have enough torque. So I bought a Cuisinart variable speed immersion stick. Got a refurb on ebay for 19.99 +9.99 shipping, I thought I got a good deal. My sister paid 29.99 at costco and got a bunch of attachments. It works great and it can do as little as 60ml in a 250ml beaker. I notice a difference in steep time with it.

What Pokey said Bov !! The watermelon juice is supposed to relieve the tired muscle thingy....Is it available anywhere....Not a chance....I got needs...Legs aren't restless at night but just dang tired!!!!

Yeah....in bed at 3:30 and up at 9:00....The Grainger lady called and said my music wire was in...I gotta switch up too my DSL sleeping schedule anyhow....

Cutting back into the neighborhood after a failed search for some 4 cheese brats and watermelon juice I spied my 88 year old aunt, unc and their daughter out enjoying the weather Southern style......sitting out on the front porch!! Actually she's my great aunt and Granny's sis....Yeah she laughed really good about the Wicked Witch of the East being at Mom's all weekend...WW had paid auntie a visit...Auntie made comment about their roving eyes.....Looking to pick up anything they can....I agreed...

SOAFB!!!! Adds milk frother too the list.....

I kinda thought it blew bubbles into the milk....seeing as blowing bubbles requires little torque not I'm guessing.....propeller???????

Sorry Wharf.....My beaker is bigger than your's.....500ml....and HellYeah I mix my "knowns" at 240MLs a pop

Love those lab glass rods for stirring as well....Stirs well and the ting....ting...ting is cool....Scald and clean!!!!

Good morning, all.

LD, sometimes I am really glad that my family is so small. Never knew the extended family and that is probably a good thing ;)

Never tried a milk frother but, I have tried some of the other wild tricks that I have seen talked about. Nothing works as well as good old fashioned steep time for me. One thing that I have been doing for years that I learned from a Greek mixologist is to use 10% distilled water in my mixes. Water brings the boiling point of the PG and VG down so it is less likely to burn. Some say that they don't get as dehydrated using the water in the mix as well. Also seems to boost the flavor a bit IMO

Good morning crew!!

And you boys need to quit arguing over who has the biggest beaker.

Because I have the biggest beaker!!!

End of story.

LOL!

And to shake/age my juice I just put the bottle in my hip pocket and put some Hank Jr. music on and dance around the house for a while and when I'm done listening to Hank my juice is well shaken!

Morning folks :) As you can see by the time stamp...Katie let me sleep in this morning!

Pokey, thank you for the suggestions. I get plenty of iron and protein in my diet, as well as several big glasses of water each day. I am thinking that it's just the super pushed to the max manual labor of the last few weeks. Good news...I slept like a log last night!

Haha Fran, twins indeed ;)

Dee, I have one of those little battery operated mixers, and I used it for a good lone while. I'm not known for allowing a long steep time and it did seem to help. Now I have 2 bottles for each of my regular juices, so while I'm vaping one big bottle, there is a second one already made and steeping. I don't make mine in big batches like you...only 30-60ml at a time. I need to get some more 60ml bottles tho.

Well Bov, if you are staying hydrated and getting your vitamins and minerals .... I guess that only leaves one thing .....

That would most definitely require divine intervention!! I do believe you have to be 'exposed' for that to happen

Thanks for the bottle link Salem.

Hey, Salem thanks again for the Awesome recommendations for those batteries. I'm still using the first 4 of the 8 I ordered.

TexasT, i'm still looking to buy a safe fuse, i've not gotten one yet so i've been avoiding my mechanicals (I had one overheat and flatten the bottom spring). I went to the site for the Vape2safe and used their where to get page.

Any great e-stores to look at now-a-days.

Woohoo, Bov!

Evening, Fran.

Oly, was that the gray or the green panasonics? I think the gray? There are SO many great e stores out there that best pricing/where to buy depends on what you are looking for. If you are looking for fuses, TT may know the best place to get them. I don't use mechanicals at all.

If you just want to browse and see what is out there, this thread has good vendors and some good deals.

Hi Oly, that flattened bottom spring is actually a safety factor during a hard short. The spring did what it was supposed to do!
