Oly, I've altered the Cinnamon Roll from the original recipe I got from the DIY section on ECF. The original used more Cinn Roll, and didn't have the Bav Cream, but I found it a little too cinnamon-y for my taste. The Bav Cream takes the sharp bite out of the cinnamon and makes it richer. ecigexpress has all the flavors

7% total flavoring:

50% Flavor West Cinnamon Roll
25% Lorann Cream Cheese Icing
25% Flavor West Bavarian Cream

Mixing is another thing i can't see me doing (i'd screw it up). I like knowing people that do mix though, a lot.

Well folks I tried my hand at rebuilding a Kanger subtank OCC coil today and I had much success. My re-wicked coil meters 1.2 and vapes like a new one. If I can do it,anyone can.

We are kind of fond of the little guy. He is 5 weeks and doing great. Atom (yes that is the spelling) just doesn't realize he is supposed to sleep at night yet.

Yuck, I know all about the allergy thing Makes you feel as if you have the flu. I have been getting weekly shots for about 2.5 years now and I am so much better now. It is not a cure but, I do not suffer anywhere near the way that I used to. Everything is in full bloom here now and I am not sick at all.

(((hugs))) to you and I do hope that you use plenty of saline nasal spray and Allegra or similar. Feel better soon.
