I'd be looking at the coils as the culprit, especially if the KSM is working fine. Something could be a little loose or shorting. Sure wouldn't put it back on until I checked it out closely.

With your help, I think I got it!!!! It was even jumping all over the place on the meter...4.65, 5.24 (crazy!) I found that one of the posts were not screwed down. (Aha!) Fixed that and now it's working perfectly and reading at 0.5 ohms steadily.

Bov, you really should get chummy with that vape shop and work there!!! Thanks so much girl. (My kayfuns have never done this so I was at a loss)

Yup, I agree, Wuzz. Even something as tiny as a little fragment of wire could be fouling it up. Also Tracy, check the bottom screw on your Mutation. It looks like it's adjustable with a screw. If it's too long, it may interfere with the power button function on the Stick...screw it up a tad

Dang....I had my money riding on a wonky I Stick....

Bov whatever reading you get is what it is...908's build is two 1.4s...

Ceramic tweezers rule...Just spun up a 1.279/28G/2.5 mm for the Kay...Yeah......I always have had a 2.0 in there but decided a little more wick might be in order...Never could keep the wick outta the channels but WTH....I rolled wid it...The coil had some areas lighting up faster than others so out came the ceramic tweezers and before I even played with them a bit the coil was glowing perfectly......so I shot the watts too that beech and blued her on up....So far everything is great with this new combo....

Awesome Tracy !!!..... after the KSM worked fine, I figured you had a screw loose. I get that on occasion. With many RDA's, the posts are hollow threaded. Without the screw being able to press the wire against a bottom surface, the screw can get loose.
