Morning folks :)

Oh no Dee! I have spares for the KSM glass if you want me to send you one. One of my Sticks w/ksm on it took a dive off the back steps onto the flagstone a few weeks ago. I couldn't believe it didn't break the glass, of even the stone drip tip! Just a small scuff mark on the Stick fire button. Truth be told, the button even works better after the head on with the flagstone

I actually have 2 KSM glass tanks....L2s I've none...Truth be told there is little difference flavor wise in my high air flow tanks...That said the KSM had the least issues so I think I'll order a barrel for it....or....maybe....Just order one of those new black KSMs...The black Lemo Drop looks mighty good up on that Stick...The black KSM I saw was on the Kanger Sub Box....all black w/purple o-rings...Yeah I like that blackness....the Sub Box I've no intel on....PV poor anyway...

So my KayFuns were running great w/a 2mm coil....so I throw in a 2.5....and.....ripped it out PRONTO!! 2mm 10 wrap 28 ohming @1.5....Went with the right amount of wick instead of my usual overboard amount...It's the flavor King as far as RTAs go IMO...

On wicks....My KGD arrived today...Told you guys the seller e-mailed me and called me Terry San...Well there was a handwritten letter in the package along with some Japanese tea and a sweet little flowered paper swan...and a sheet load of KGD...

What a nice added touch to your KGD package! The black with purple o rings...I like it :) And just out of curiosity, what did you hate about the 2.5mm coil?

Here's my smile for the day, I've been enjoying these out on the back fence for about a week now.

Beautiful Bov!!! I've been meaning to tell you that instead of planting petunias s, vinca vines and sweet potato vines in my window boxes out front, I planted portulacas (moss rose, or rose moss...never heard it called that until I bought them this year). I wanted lower maintenance. I had just planted mine back when you ousted that you did. :)

ElDee, I agree with your sentiments about the kayfun completely. The mutationx v4 is a cloud thrower for sure! The flavor is pretty good too but I still prefer a tank most vapes! Its fun to fiddle with when you have the time, and of course for switching flavors quickly.(the dripper)

I hope to chat a bit more this weekend, but right now I'm exhausted! (Frazzled Friday's for 908)

Something with the 2.5 wasn't playing well with the Kayfun...It was a little low on ohms....maybe over wicked for the amount of air available...Some vapes off it were great and some just made me cough...Not sure exactly what the deal was...In my experience a Kayfun runs best at 1.5 ohms...10 wraps of 28 is 1.47 on a 2mm mandrel....The wick from the 2.5 kept blocking the juice channels as well...

Long night in the shop...I drive on up too the house and Spike jumps out and goes ballistic...coulda' sworn there was at least a couple of Grizzlies confronting him...there was nothing....Keys ended up locked in the Ranger...Looked through all my toolbox drawers for a spare key...I'd left the shop unlocked as I had to go back and check on things....No key...though i did check about 10 keys for the house lock...Mom had her hearing aide out and the phone was left in the living room....My saving grace is she left her window up....yeah with the ac churning away...finally found her old and crusty beach house key and hell yeah that matches my house...in the house I turned everything upside down looking for the spare Ranger key....no where to be found...Then it dawned on me....The spare ranger key is in my wallet and had been in my pocket the entire time....I'ma gonna drop back and PUNT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Morning everyone :)

Today is my "frazzled" day. I'll be off to a Dr appt set up by DDS in a little while. As much as I hate going to Drs. anyway, I know this one is not going to be my friend since they are generally expected to disprove a claim. Let the chips fall where they may.

LOL Dee! I have a spare car key in my purse...and I needed it about a week ago.

On the bigger coil and wick...I've started wicking on the fat side inside the coil, then I split the tails in two and trim off some excess. I lay the split tails on each side if the juice channel. Granted I don't have a kfun with channels cut into the floor of the deck. I'm still learning :)

Yeah before the key incident I'd gotten the feeling it was past time too quit...All that walking in the dark equals one re-injured ankle....

All the coil madness out there....the pancake and such....had me thinking...Keeping the channels open is a given....I lightly comb mine and sort it out....then I wet it and further sort it out,,,,thought about a tiny split cut in the wick....Calling it the Rattlesnake Wicking Method...The old forked tongue if you will...I should be famous as Rip soon....not stoopid like Rip just famous

The old forked tongue if you will

That's a better way to describe how I do mine...the forked tongue wick ;)

Got the Dr visit over with. He pushed, pulled, worked my joints until I told him I was about to smack him! He was a very pleasant young Dr. with a good sense of humor. He said he noticed quite a difference in strength between my stronger left side, and my right side where my shoulder, hip, knee, and some finger joints are causing the problems. No idea how he will translate that to my case, but at least that part is over with.

I hope with some simple explanation and cure for the problem.

Same here, except I use script strength ibuprofen, which creates the need for an acid reflux med to protect from the ibuprofen  On the bad days I have a muscle relaxer to add to the cocktail. Getting old ain't for sissies!
You sure got that right.
