Good morning one and all.
Out of state friends here with us for a few, so I've kind of been busy. We've got thunderstorms passing through the area, so we're waiting until they pass before we move out on the day.
Hope each of you have a labor free day if possible. Wait.....ain't nuttin free these days. Oh well.

We had a very nice weekend, although far from labor free!
The pool is down and neatly packed away for next year, we have lights once again on either side of the porch (yay! They didn't stay connected with the too small wire connector when renovating the porch...simple fix!) the cellar got a partial straightening up, and food shopping is complete!
I could stand a nap!!!!
Salem, what Bov said about B&Ms is exactly right! I do hope you visit them when you have the chance. You'll know very quickly which type you're in!

Kinda sad to say g'bye to the pool in this heat I bet! But we know fall is right around the corner. I worked out in the yard Sat and Sunday, today I worked really hard at sitting on my ....

It was sad to say goodbye to summer, but I won't miss the work it involves nor the higher electric bill!
I work the next 2 days in a row then I'll pull out all the Fall decorations on Thursday. Can you believe how fast it went?
Sapphire is getting bigger!! Rosco is right, they are so intelligent!!! We watched this little 12 week old puppy hide her bully stick several times today. She's find a spot, put it there.....look at it from every angle to make sure it couldn't be seen by Bella (my Pom), walk a few steps away then retrieve it and find a new spot.....repeat. It was hysterical!!!
After the third hiding place she said aw heck, and ate the rest of it.
Loving her to pieces for sure! She's a good puppy!

Haha Tracy! Chase does that with his treats still...even tho there are no other critters in the house anymore. He's done it since he was a pup. When we moved here from Fl, we found greenies stashed behind and under everything!

Omg I love that! None of my dogs ever did that before so I am amazed by it! I will definitely be getting her more just for my own entertainment!!! Lol

Hey strangers !!! I just popped in and noticed I haven't been here since Tuesday 
Now I'm trying to remember everybody's names again... JK !
Doing double and a half time. RW job is crazy til Oct 1st. Have spent a few lunches and Saturday with my machinist working on the DNA 200. Church, groceries and home repair the rest of the time

Good morning Fran. It always makes me smile when Rat of the Wharf appears. I remember days like that Wharf. And weeks and months and years too. I think. My memory has sustained too many hits through time to be certain anymore.

It missed us Fran. Our lawn is a crispy critter.
The GI Dr called with biopsy results, mostly good. The one little polyp was of the kind that doesn't ever turn into cancer. The endo samples showed inflammation from GERD, but it's just a formal dx for what we already expected. I'm already taking a PPI, so just continue taking it. Colonoscopy recommendation in another 10 years.
