Hermine has passed.....So Far I've only been out with Spike but everything is still standing....Limbs and leaves galore all over the grass though....couple of pretty big limbs but I had everything well away from any overhead threat....I've seen pics of local damage and some flooding...there are reports of tornadoes...One tornado was just South of the beach house....Family has departed for there and no calls so far so hope all is good....I left them with a threat of no early morning calls as it was @4am before I could rest....Now Hermine is gonna stall of the Northeastern coastline....Hoping the best for my Northern neighbors....Time to wade out and survey the situation............
So glad to hear Hermine is out of your area, and not much damage for you!If it stays on the track predicted, it should be a non event for me in central Ct. Some coastal erosion and rain. I hope the same for Tracy in NJ.

I'm glad everyone is ok! I believe they are talking mainly beach erosion for my neck of the woods. I am extreme western nj not too far from the Delaware river which seperates us from PA. Some forecasters has it lingering until Friday. I sure hope not!
Hi guys. Should have popped in earlier. Hermine did leave some branches, limbs and leaves in the yard but, we could have used a little more rain. Hoping everyone else is doing just as well.

So here's my battery test so far ~
I've been using the LG Hg2 and the Samsung Q20.
This is on my DNA 75 dual parallel 18650's. There's been 2 different builds. Dual alien claptons @.17Ω and dual staggered fused claptons @.25Ω, both averaging 49.7W and 2.98 sec puffs.
At first it was with brand new Q20's and 2-3 month old HG2's.
With the Q20's I am getting 322 puffs before the low battery warning comes on.
With the Hg2's I am getting 234 puffs before the low battery warning comes on.
I bought a pair of HG2's Monday and they are getting the same results. It's interesting that the puff count every time is within 2-4 puffs on both batteries.
The other thing of note is the HG's are @ 2.55v when the low batt come on and 2.37v for the Q's. I would think that is because the Q's Amps stay higher longer.
Last week while I was getting the HG's at my Shop I talked to the owner about getting the Q's. He is in a group of a bunch of shop owners. Their consensus was that the Q's run better but the HG's get many more charge cycles.

Today is Katie's 83rd Birthday. She had a card and a new pair of pants waiting for her this morning, and I cooked what she requested for dinner. I think she's a happy camper right now...she told me I am the "best Mom ever!"
