Good morning, folks:) I just got 4 of the Real Flavors outside of the Bourbon Cream. I'm sure they are too sweet for me but I haven't tried them yet.

I think that their flavors are very realistic. The ones that I have are spot on. Just too sweet right now. That may mellow with age though. I am surprised because I still had a tank full of French Toast last night. Still vaping it today and I like it alot! I really thought that the syrup would make it too sweet like the others but @ 5% it is good. I have never been able to vape overly sweet ejuice. Makes me feel queasy since day one.

I intend to get a few more from Gremlin. They have a much bigger selection there.

Hey everyone! TGIF woot!!!!

I'm glad chase is on the mend now Bov.
More flavors?!?!?! Oh my, I'm afraid to look. Lol so many flavors, so little time.

Hair appointment in the early am and boy am I overdue.....wisdom highlights galore! Time for some blonde blending. ;)
If I didn't need it so badly I would never have agreed to an 8:30 appointment and slept in instead.

I hope you all have a good night!

Dear Auntie took Mom to her Doc appointment yesterday.....Appointment was for 9:30 and had Mom at Auntie's at 8:30.....Mom woke with vertigo....for that she takes Meclazine.....not really sure I trust that meclazine stuff....Also pretty sure if the appointment was an afternoon one and Mom slept in as usual there would be no issue....I was in zombie land the rest of the day....Mom has spurs in the knee and those are gonna have to be removed....Cuzzin has stepped up and has Mom at physical therapy atm......Thankful for the help....

LED shop light project went well....LED wise anyways....Of the four floresents removed I went with my best and brightest on the ends....They promptly went dead....Had great light there for a minute though....I've used Lansky sharpening jigs for years on my blades....Went out and got the Ken Onion WorkSharp thingy to power sharpen....Results were rather unimpressive...I found the receipt and when brainstorming what to tell the store manager......I said when using the tool all of a sudden it shocks the sheet out of you....No they didn't test it and yeah I got a refund....My Lansky's....I had such good success I'd bought dad one as a gift...so yeah I got two old school stone Lanskys....Took that refund and Ebayed a deal on the Lansky Diamond Deluxe....It arrived yesterday and my old switchblade is freekin' sharp as a laser today...Really happy about all that.....Gonna hit the Sam's soon for two more lights and then only two won't be LED....Planning on getting the three year warranty when I finally purchase the last two lights.....That might be a couple of weeks.........

I hear you on appreciating the help with your mom. My mom decided a few weeks back that she didn't want me taking her to Drs anymore. She thinks that I talk too much when there. She asked my oldest sister to start taking her. Now my oldest sister is getting a good look at what I have endured for the past 10 years.

Love the LED lights. We have changed about 3/4 of our lights to LED so far. DH also changed all of the lights in my moms house to LED. Made a big difference in lighting and we have seen the cost savings already on our electric bill.

Tracy, I was at the same point with my hair. I always wait until I am long overdue and can't take it anymore. Thank goodness I went on Tuesday and had it done. My FIL had a blockage cleared in his neck and a stent put in yesterday. He is 89 years old but, it pretty darn good shape for his age. Well, he came through the surgery fine but, last night in CCU he evidently went a little nutz. He is very confused and thought he had been kidnapped. Went through exactly the same with DH when he was in ICU at 38 years old so not unusual. Anyway, we have to head over to the hospital (about an hour away) tomorrow and give my MIL and SIL a break for awhile. He can't be left alone because he has no idea what is going on or why he can't go home.

Glad to hear your FIL came thru the surgery ok. Hope he gets back to his normal self soon, Salem.

I wear my wisdom highlights like a boss! I earned every single one of these silver threads in my crown...I sparkle, dammit

Last night I wasn't so sure Chase was getting much better, I was curled up in his doggie bed with him still at 5am. He finally went to sleep, I got in my own bed, fekkin phone woke me at 10 this morning. I was very happy to see his more perky attitude as the day progressed.

Salem, my dad was like that too anytime he was hospitalized. He often times would revert back to 20 years previous. When he had back surgery, anytime he'd hear sirens, he say that the train was coming and he had to be on it before the Gestapo picked him up. He served in Germany in WWII. The nurses had to strap him down because they caught him trying to go down the fire escape. Lol

My FIL is strapped down as we speak. He is convinced that he has been kidnapped and now being held against his will. The reason that they strapped him down is because he keeps trying to pull the catheter out  and wants whatever he has on his arm (where they went into his neck through main artery) keeping it straight pulled out.

My husband spent almost 3 months in ICU some years back. I learned all about "ICU phobia" back then. Funny thing is that my husband was also convinced that he was kidnapped. He actually tried to stand up ( muscular atrophy) the first night that he was out of the coma. He fell on the floor trying to get to the phone to call 911. That would have been a riot if he would have made it to the phone and actually called 911 from inside of his ICU room. Funny now but was not so funny back then.

I can only imagine that your dad has PTSD and has every right to it.

And he got like that every time he went into a hospital. On his very last trip to the hospital he was at work. The entire time he was there. He called us by coworkers names. And it's kind of funny because my brother did the same thing. He went back to the 70's, kept calling his girlfriend by his wife's name and called his daughter with my name because he said that his daughter was still a baby. He passed away in 2012, my dad in 2000. I miss them both but it's funny to remember those moments. :)

Chase is doing much better, Lynn. Thank you for asking! Eating, drinking, pooping, barking, keeping his Grandma's lap warm :)

Walmart done, got a pot of home made veggie soup on the stove simmering...enough to feed half the neighborhood. Some of it will go into the freezer.

It's a beautiful 67 degrees, low of 42 tonight...I LOVE fall!!

Ms. @Bovinia, glad Chase is on the mend. I don't have 2-legged kids, so when my 4-legged ones are under the weather, it's kinda stressful.

Ms. @FranC, get some rest...... Hope you shake off the "blech" and start feeling better as well :)

Ms. @salemgold - tried one of the new vapemod coils. It's leaking like a sieve  I was headed out to the zoo today, so I loaded up a Melo with one of the coils and filled the tank. Finished getting ready and when I checked, the tank was half-empty  Took a hit - coil was flooded and gurgly. Kept playing with it for a bit and decided to bail with a different coil since we needed to get going. Just tried it again, and all gurgly still. Don't know if it's just a bum coil or what  I'll try another one and report back tomorrow or Monday.... May have to try it in an Atlantis too.

Myself and several others are using them in our Melo 2 tanks and they are fantastic IMHO Not a single leak reported. Did you have it screwed in to the base tightly? That is odd.

I am using the .6m ohm and really liking them alot. Had it installed in my Melo 2 on my Fuchai and in my pocket all day today. No issues at all. You are having some terrible luck lately with coils. :(

I bought 2 packs of those coils. Tried one in the Melo yesterday and couldn't get it to read on the mod. All 0's. :( If I can't get them to work then it's not a big deal since it was less than $5.

Which coils did you buy? Did you have the coil screwed into the base of the Melo 2 tightly? I am on my very first one and truly loving them and super happy about the deal that I got. Thing is that I know others with the same experience as mine. I have had my Melo 2 with the vapmod coil in use on many different mods as well.
