Thank you, and yes it is important, Dee. My new diet is very rich in magnesium, omega's, many of the other vits and minerals. Hemp hearts, chia seeds, kale, avocados...the list goes on. A little nature's herb in the evenings helps too

Looks awesome bov! We had ham.
Next year we plan on ordering a tray of fried chicken and a platter of salad. Too busy and tired for all this cooking!

Most of our snow is gone, up in the low 40s right now.

A coil master V4 is out for delivery today. I'm pretty good with my simple coils, but couldn't resist trying it when I found a good sale
