Benley I hope everything goes well for your wife....

Maria now a Cat 3 and has shifted West....As of right now the eye is forecast to barely miss Cape Hatteras....Were keeping an eye peeled....The home front is about as forgiving as the weather....Sinuses giving me Hell combined with a sheet ton of stuff I'd rather not do has left me overwhelmed...All I can do is chip away at the stone....

Plumber got us all cleared out. He augured a big wad of tree roots out of the line. Also got my little man's blood work and kennel cough vac done this morning. He's got the ok from the vet for going under anesthesia to have his teeth cleaned when we get the appt made. He turned 13 last month.

Pretty sure I went a shade over medium grind for the Keurig and I got the same grinder as you do Mark...To fine and the Keurig starts having issues pushing the water through....Slower than molasses when to fine....Just been buying the pre ground lately as I was spending way to much making the cold brew....Addictive is what cold brew is and ODing on caffeine isn't on my bucket list....

Glad they got the pipes clear....Just about ready for concrete here....Still a lot of work past that though....Anybody wanna help me snag 25 80lb bags of quikcrete tomorrow....That stuff gets heavy fast......

To Hades with suffering....I just ordered up a pair of Costa Del Mar Hamlins....Sunglasses to be specific....I went with the all black Blackout frames and the 580 polarized blue glass lenses...I wear Costa Tuna Alley with the same combo lens/frame....I wanted those Hamlins since way back....

Threw a can of spider spray at a raccoon the other night...The .... needed to get it's fat buttocks moving a little faster....Noticed something suspicious when retrieving the can during daylight....2 foot circle in the woods bare of leaves or anything else besides dirt...In the center of the circle was a hole going up under a now exposed tree root....Fox???? We don't have Ground Hogs or anything else that burrows and a Fox would fit...I did see bugs crawling and figures something must be dead in there....Closer examination revealed the largest Yellow Jacket nest in the world...They some industrious sum beeches....While out pricing concrete earlier I got Spectracide Pro Wasp and Hornet...I've tried this all before and got my buttocks stung several times....The pro formula killed every dang one of the Yellow Jackets and none even made it into the air...It's El Dee approved and available at Lower should you need to keel some sheet.....I'm off to FB land now....Grown peeps fighting about football players kneeling...Oh well...

Not sure if it's Apple or the site correcting my intentional mis-spellings into totally different but correctly spelled words....

The way I saw it the Dead Rabbit RDA was the way to go for a squint....The problem is the DR was not in stock in any of the black colors....Now it is...I'd scoped the squint mods closely and while I still was not 100% satisfied would go Paranormal by Lost Vape...So I go looking for the Para and now it's like it never was...No U Tube reviews....No hits on google....Pico Squeeze was my #2 choice...Oceanus is in stock in all colors at My Vapor Store....a few dollars more there....but they got them.....I love the Smok Big Baby...Only drawback is the fill is to small for a Yorker and the juice heads straight into the center hole....result is juice out the air hole...Saw last night the X Big Baby is available now...New .4 Quad 2 coil....Guessing that's 2 coils...and that's the preferred coil in reviews...Top air flow on the X Baby....Same fill port though so no yorker....I get the bills paid I'm adding a couple of Oceanus to the stable and likely gonna top them with the X Baby....After using the 20700 it's like 18650s don't last long enough....

Oceanus is still running $54 shipped at 101vape. I'm going to see if Gina at 3f decides to dig a kit up for me, else it'll be 101.

On the squonkers, take a look at the Vandy Vape Pulse bf. It's s straight mech, but with a 20700 it should give really good run time with a coil up in the 0.4 - 0.5 ohm range. Until that arrives I'm more than satisfied with the yiloong predator mechanical. A couple minutes of warm vaping until it drops to 3.7v, then really solid for hours (using the 20700b battery).

(I've had enough regulated mods, am really enjoying the raw simplicity of a mech squonker. The newer batteries make a huge difference.)

I'm back on my twisted 26 kanthal after a couple days with twisted 26 nichrome. The nichrome runs slightly higher ohms than the kanthal, must be a pitch of 0.8 (a bit more wire in a given length of coil). If anyone would like it to play with let me know - it's a 5m spool of mkws twisted 26 Nichrome 80, a good brand.

The DR has gotten really solid reviews, though I'm glad I went the pulse 24 route. A coin toss kind of thing - Oumier wasp nano has better absolute flavor, but the p24 wins for being less prone to leaks out the air holes. I've got a couple wasps if anyone wants to play with one.

GB has a flash sale on the Wotofo Flow for $13, and 5 packs of the flow coils for $8. The flow coils are compatible with the baby beast, really good flavor coils with decent run time.

Checked out the Pulse....Digging the single coil only post less design and the top air flow....The top air flow and deep juice well is what had me drawn to the Dead Rabbit....The dead rabbit etched on the RTA had nothing to do with it....I swear.....

I then came across the Boxer squonker....offered as a mechanical and DNA 75 though the 75 is outta stock and outta this world price wise...3D printed and either 21700 or 20700 with some little tabs to hold the battery secure...Boxer also has spare bottles and a silicone fill bottle....I can never quiet get comfortable with anything Chinese....I'm also on the fence with the 3D printing as I believe it could possibly be fragile and sooner or later it's gonna be in a train wreck.....I dripped a mech for a good long time before VV/VW....Crappy atties in those days....Don't really miss walking around with a bottle of juice and a couple spare 901s in my pocket...Now the juice is in the mod and the atty is top notch....Progress

Got the 25 80lb bags of concrete sitting on my trailer....Gonna set the mixer today along with crossing the Ts and dotting the Is so all I've gotta do tomorrow is mix and pour...Like that ain't enough...Trust when I run the broom across that concrete for the final finish I will be in dang near celebration mode....As with painting the El Dee rule book counts drying time for the concrete as actual labor....Couple days before it's dry enough to de-frame...27 days before 100% dry and strong as it will get....No rest though as I gotta frame the port covers and pour them...Then I start on the drain field....It's a massive undertaking....Slowly but surely getting done...

Dee, I was tired enough already! After reading your post, I'm exhausted!!

Talked with APS case coordinator today, he's quite optimistic the judge will give conservatorship to them. He's found a nice Memory Care Assisted Living spot for Katie. The place is set up like a small town community, with shops, hair salon, activities, etc. With her income and Long Term Care Insurance, he thinks it's quite affordable for her without having to use much of her savings. The LTCI won't kick in until after the first 100 days, so that will be out of pocket, and the insurance has a 2 year limit. After that, she'll have to spend down her own savings before Medicaid picks up the cost. The main thing is that she'll be in a safe, medically staffed environment that feels like a community instead of a nursing home, and her money will be protected from the ex. He'll have the house, but he'll have to figure out how he's gonna pay the utility bills on his own. And then I can finally get outa here! It's been a long, LONG road!

On the 3d printed stuff, the yiloong I'm using actually feels good in the hands, door is a solid fit (much better than the vt inbox). I'm comfortable using it at camp (where it takes abuse). The nylon makes it light, but it doesn't feel flimsy.

I'm definitely looking forward to the pulse bf. Tony did a preview on vapor trails today, the delay in shipping was likely related to a change in the off switch mechanism (beefing it up).

I'll be curious to see what the Therion 75c bottle is like, since that little air vent mechanism looks super. I've quickly come to prefer a 510 refill approach for squonkers, the Therion bottle looks well thought out. When I get it I'll be seeing if I can pull the steel vented top to use on a slightly higher capacity squonk bottle
