I had to go out, a couple of hours ago, needed a few more things from the supermarket. I was happy to get back home and in one piece. It's icy everywhere and the roads are treacherous.
Cleared the drive and walk, it's snow/sleet/rain right now...and HEAVY! Only a few inches so far, but Katie happened, so I had to shovel 
It's just rain here now, but it keeps changing from rain to sleet to snow. What a mess !!!

Did the trip up too Winston Salem and picked up those Mickey Thompson's...now we got wheels...Spike's final vaccination and tooth checkup went fine...He's pretending too be a mink stole ATM...a snoring mink stole...

Just looked at the Noaa radar map wow that's a big storm. Stay safe and warm you guys, we just got enough to cover the grass.
I think ours is just rain now too. Looked out the window after my nap and the drive and walk are still cleared, as well as the street where the plow came by.
No snow here; nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night that might stay the local USPS couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds.

Haha PI! I had those weeds when I lived in Florida, but I hated the heat and humidity worse than I hate the snow.

Bov, when I arrived in Savannah, my first time south of New Jersey, I saw my very first palm tree. Sure, I knew what they looked like, I had seen pictures of them, but never saw a real one. I stared at it for about 10 minutes, completely mesmerized at the sight of a real palm tree, right in front of me.

We have over 16,000 folks without power in the southern part of the state. I'm surprised we have ours............so far.
