I signed the deed giving my nephew land/house. He turned around and mortgaged the property for 147,200.This was not my house at this point so I received no money. The mortgage is solely in my nephew's and wifes name. Of course they neglected to pay said mortgage and when the bank went after them they filed bankruptcy. Now that the bankruptcy has expired the bank is after them again. Problem being the bank made a big boo-boo in giving him the mortgage. He didn't have my 4 kids sign off on the property and the land description is in error. I'm going to make an attempt to get the court to deem the deed null and void on the grounds it was not legally gotten.I will no doubt lose because I can't afford a lawyer but I'm going to give it my best shot.

Oklahoma...Just saw where a senator there is trying to make wearing a hoodie illegal....Really now that's idiotic....
Heard a crash this am and figured the grill down the street was getting their dumpster emptied...Nope...Drunk driver KOed a Tundra pulling a trailer....Ran up on the Tundra and KOed the trailer actually...Couple or three hours later I beat the trailer fender off the tire so the dude could go home....bent the Tundra's frame and ruined the trailer...How you gonna be drunk driving at 9:30 am?????

I was up to give Mom a ride too church when I heard the crash....Another church lady said she had encountered the driver on her way too church...All over the road!!!
I'm just going by what was told too me by the driver of the truck....In reality there could be many reasons why the person was unable too control their car...The driver of the truck came up behind this person driving slowly and on both sides of the road...so he passed.....then he 911ed and was reporting it when WHABAMM!!! Myself....I'da never passed the cat....Like I said there could be many reasons....alcohol would however be a safe bet....
