Hi Free !!! It's been a good long while since I've seen you around....Welcome to our little slice of the innerwebs.....
I read some of the tensioned coils thread....Frankly with 28 I'd really had no issues getting the whole thing to cherry up....That dude was using 29 though...Made some good points about 29 heating quicker but more importantly cooling quicker.....easier on the wick he said....Well I had 30 so I figured that would work even better....Yeah.....NO!!!! I blew one coil dang near off the deck....so I wrapped another and blew it....so...Yeah....So I whipped out the 28 and tried to lose a wrap....ohmed at 1.6 ?????? Musta not lost a dang thing...Then I wicked it up with the Chaddos..So far I'm still breaking everything in but initially the Green Wick and Chaddos are equal....
Had some nice weather and I snapped Spike's pic while he was on break....Ya'll may have seen that on the other side of the web...Sis was 49 today and we ate at her house....I regifted the $20 she gave me last month....
Fran here's hoping DH feels better real soon.....

Tejas is the Vapor Shark noticeably lighter in weight verses a Stick 50 ??????
Chemical boost or not some nights the stars are brighter than others...My favorite is a big old moon shining on the Atlantic.....closely followed by the cow pasture....watch where you step....or fall...Back here in the woods there's no light pollution from other sources...dark thirty is DARK!!! You gotta be free of light pollution for the full on effect of the stars and moon...
I got a real deal Kay Fun laid up for further examination tomorrow....I may hot rod it and I may not....The vapor is starting to roll out of the KF with the new coil and Chaddos...I dropped the air flow screw out of both KF and did see a slight increase.....
I'm off too troll another e cig site....I hear there are loads of killer juice recipes there....

I agree. No light pollution here in my woods either. Thats why I normally don't get my mail until the next day when it comes late. Long haul through the woods to get down to the road.

I was Salem.....Actually I was standing there looking when I got ran over by the Goblin Train...I never even saw a juice recipe and ran like hell to the Bay....There I found the un-obtainable UD Goblin V2 with the 3 and 4 ML tank and chimney...Pretty sure Wharf said he's waiting on a Goblin...Truth be known when he said it my brain was overloaded with Tugboat.....Hobo.....Plume Veil......One more name was just to much and I figured it was another RBA....I'll be by the mailbox if you need me.....
Good stories and memories Dee. I have the Goblin and Ihaven't played with it to much but for $29 it was worth the gamble... gunna have the boys at the shop to see if they can dial it in. Also got the 528 came in today, threw a 28ga 1.6Ω on and wicked it wrong ( long time since I played with a KF). It's not a airy as I'd hoped but so much more than the original.

Fran, I have the full sized Subtank and the Kanger Aero. I would not think that the KSM is bigger than the Aero though. Maybe someone else has both and could say for sure.

Thanks for the links 908 and Salem !!!! I've already seen recipes on both links that warrant further examination...My intent trolling the other site was to maybe see if the cloud chasers had some recipes too share....Not with the sole intent too copy them but more to get an idea of the flavor percentage they use....However I'd copy a recipe if it sounded interesting...For a long while I vaped mostly cheesecake and strawberry mixes....CC I've not vaped in a good while...Thing is while I never really got great CC flavor it blended well and took the edge off many flavors...Kinda smoothed out the flavor profile if you will...Given the amount of vapor we're producing with RTAs my line of thinking is drop the flavor percentage and nic a shade and up the VG percentage a shade...High VG is known too tone down the taste....After hell hammering the KSM my throat was starting too feel it...I think the 70% PG may have played a strong role and 50% or maybe 40% PG will be experimented with in the future..I always figured the cloud chasers were using high VG for clouds only...I see now there are other benefits as well...
Wharf I saw from the git KF air flow would be limited by what passed through the screw holding the positive post....528 hogs out the juice channels pretty good....It may/or not play better with the tails of the wick done "Goblin Style"...Not laid across the deck...I didn't refill one KF and will break it down today and see what the specifics are on the airflow...Being it's a single coil I can get Pro Vari friendly ohms from the KF...Any improvement will be welcome but it will never approach the airflow the newer tanks have brought too the table...
