I've read so much at this point I'm not even sure Nauty coils got an update....Aspires did...that I do know....

I've never shopped with Eciggity before tonight....Lemo 2s aren't exactly plentiful and I know I'd seen that a few bucks cheaper...I heard they're a great company though and my package has a tracking number already.....

Back in the day Rothco had the contract making military BDUs...We loved the Rothco pants....Now Propper has the contract....Good pants but a very rough feeling material....they'll almost stand up on their own...so tonight I googled Rothco and saw they still make the pants....Since they lost the government deal they now make various colors such as pink camo....Shorts were 34 skins....I flipped too the Bay and found the real deal button fly Rothco shorts for 21 a pair....I ordered 2 pairs in the Vietnam Era Jungle/Tiger Stripe camo pattern...That's a hard pattern to find around here....

Good morning, Fran and all the rest of you old Buzzards :)

The Aspire Nautilus coils are the only ones that were updated to OCC. That happened a few months ago. I get mine here http://www.evape.us/nautilus-bvc-replacement-coil/
Good pricing, low shipping and ships fast.

ETA- They were updated to OCC in February to be exact.

These are the newest Organic Cotton BVC coils with the larger wicking holes. Updated 02/15

Official statement from Aspire 02/27/15

"Doubts and fears are due to the lack of cognition. Due to the unfamiliar and unknown on the ceramic fiber used in Atlantis atomizer, customers prefer to accept the things they known like organic cotton. We at aspire listen to customers' voice, Aspire R&D team has been researching to use the organic cotton which is widely accepted by people instead of our present material, after testing,we found that the flavor is more better just like customers suggested. We done running change soon.
Now all the Nautilus BVC coils and Atlantis coils are shipped out to be full organic cotton."

There were a couple of options on the Lemo 2....I had no loyalty to any of the companies....free shipping over 50 and a couple three other items I needed sealed the Eciggity deal....

Dry burned and rewicked the Goblin last night...It's a good RTA overall but the limited space for the coils is hard too deal with...Still I managed to almost get them lighting up perfectly in unison......almost...Thought it was really windy outside but no....Just the sound of the Goblin when you puff it....No problem moving massive air that's for sure...

Got my home mower in the shop today....Razor sharp blades and new oil....The jungle awaits....After that I need to clean the kitchen and throw down on some juice mixing....

Then maybe fill up the Ranger and disappear for a few days....

Good morning all :)

iStick 50 #2 is wonky. Won't fire, won't turn off, I am able to adjust settings, it reads the ohms...then, if I swack it (like we used to do our TVs when the screen rolled, yeah, I know y'all remember that ) it (the power button) works for a bit before Lather, Rinse, Repeat.

I was finally able to turn it off after testing it again this morning. Left the tank in place, set it down, walked away, heard the all-too-famiiar hisssssssssssss from another room and, sho' enuf, it had turned itself on, frying the atty/coil.

Done with it-- it's a hazard, a disaster waiting to happen.

Just sharing to get it off my chest and out of my head. Is it me? That color? That run on production? Don't know, don't much care at this point..just done.
Shame that, loved the little thing when it was working right...

Vaper's Lament, Vaper's Woes, C'est la vie and so it goes

Happy Sunday to you all!

Sorry to hear about your Stick 50 experiences Pokey....

Sometimes my 50 would change to volts on it's own...Seemed to happen more often when the battery was getting low...Then a couple of times it shut itself off automatically....There was the time it set itself too 50 watts and burned my wicks in the Goblin....again automatically....Last night I charged it and took it off before it indicated a full charge....It was close to full and seemed to me it should have been fully charged....Coupe of hits later and RUNAWAY TRAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Still sizzling in your hand will get your attention in a bad way...trust that...The issue it seems is internal and no fault of the switch....A little off full charge now and behaving....All my incidents have happened when the battery was either full or low....Whatever you do never leave it unattended when charging....I've not tried the bang it around method of repair.....but again trust this.....I will!!!!!!!!!!! Old 50 might find itself sitting on a fence rail beside some beer cans one day soon....Click....click....KaBOOM!!!!!!

Afternoon all :)

It's not just you, Pokey and Dee. There are numerous threads about the 50, and these problems. Some people have taken them apart and found the silicone fire button gasket out of place, fixed it and not had any more issues with the simple problem of the button not working consistently. That doesn't fix the run away train issue tho. A lot of people have taken their complaints directly to Ismoka after getting yet another defective replacement from the vendor they bought from.

I have been lucky (knock on wood) so far, but I an also very aware that this ghost could strike at any time. I always remove my tanks and turn my 50s off when not in use, never leave them alone when charging. It's nerve wracking, but so far I've had no weird voltage changes, misfires, or any indication that I have defective ones.

Sorry to hear that you guys are having issues. I was wondering if it could be that you are using toppers with longer 510 stems then the rest of us? That fire button is smack dab below the connector. Maybe your toppers are pushing on the fire buttons? I don't use my Delta on it because the stem is longer than my other tanks.

I have several 20s, a 30 and a 50. Not a single issue from any of them. I have heard that the 20s and 30s are sturdier then the 50 which makes sense because they are built differently.

ETA- You guys may want to try a 30w. I have not heard of any issues with them.
