Man that Cipro packs a wallop! Makes me loopy for awhile after I've taken it. First UTI I've had in a long time. It was feeling better before I went to docs but that's only bc it was going to my kidneys. (back hurt some) I am feeling improvement already....minus the loopiness!

I wanted a Zpack bc of the ease of taking it once per day but he immediately began writing CIPRO before I finished explaining the issue! I've not taken it ever before....but do yourself a favor and don't read the warnings issued. I even talked to the pharmacist and told him "I'd rather have the UTI than worry about those side effects...shoot!"

Yeah, Cipro is better suited to uti's unfortunately. I've had to take it as well. I don't like sunblock either, and I discovered the hard way that I need a paba free one for my face. My sensitivity to it is worse that a sunburn!

Just in from Aunt Barb's funeral....Glad that's behind me
Windows decided I needed a sheet ton of updates....promptly throwing all my passwords to never never land...Somehow I waded through that cesspool and got everything back up and running....
Read some info on antibiotics last week....some can be quiet dangerous....Guess they slipped through the cracks while the FDA was condemning e-cigs...Also read that Tyson will be shipping chicken to China for processing and back here for sale....I roll with Sanderson Farms chicken myself...Tyson can keep that sheet

Glad I can get locally grown chicken, beef and pork here as well as produce and honey. Mass grown food is not our friend.
I think they're the ones advertising on tv their chickens all cluck English only. Don't say anything about the antibiotics or what they feed them.

Perdue is full of antibiotics and growth hormones...Not 100% sure but I believe they pulled all N.C. production years back and went too China...I do know Perdue is a N.C. corporation and we have lots of empty chicken houses around here now.....I've seen corporation chicken growth alongside regular old farm practice grown chicken.....I ain't eating that sheet...Sanderson is still corporate but antibiotic and hormone free...at first it tasted really funny compared with the hormone chicken

We had a blast with my grandson last week. He is just at the right age to really enjoy his company. Seeing the world through the eyes of a 6 (almost 7) year old is quite entertaining
Anyway, need to take my mom for pre op tests today so I have to run. Hope that you all have a great day.
