Feeling you on the back pain Oly....Got mine wrestling that dang compressor into it's home....Rolling with it cause there's no other choice.....

Mom has some other issues....Hoping she doesn't wanna go too the Doc today....

Also hoping my Doc calls with my test results today....Hoping for the best....unprepared for the worst...

Housing....I saw a nice little crib in Swan Quarter, NC for 38k asking price....

Ready to head either too Mom's Doc or the plumbing store....Some new air lines for the shop....a little tidying up on the retaining wall and the new compressor nightmare will be a wrap...Then it's time to become a metal roofing contractor....as always....On top of my regular duties....Dude told me yesterday{while returning from vacation} that I need a vacation....Told him my entire life has been a vacation...

My Doc also wants me to get a BP testing device....I gots the white coat syndrome first off....Long put off testing...I know my BP runs a little high but I'll be damned if I'll take something without thoroughly going over everything associated...Maybe a lifestyle change too avoid medication....Pretty dang sure nicotine contributes...Still though....BP a little high during a stressful to me situation....Things could be a lot worse...I will be looking at a monitering device and I will get this thing resolved...I got other dragons at the door atm....One dragon at a time please

I'm so proud for your mom's 4 weeks, Salem! I do hope she's recovering well.

Apologies from Katie are very rare, and that's the way she has always been. When my FIL was still alive, this house was a constant battleground, and sometimes I think that she misses that excitement even tho it's negative. I'm usually better at shaking it off, but with my own stresses coming up, I've been slipping a lot, letting her draw me in

I think that you handle her better than many of us would.
As hard as I try, I still do snap back at my mom sometimes. Everyone has their limits.

Yes, she is doing very well with the recovery. Probably much better than I would be doing. We go back to the surgeon on Wednesday and then to the oncologist on Friday. We are both ready to get Fridays appointment behind us.

Hey Salem, I wanted to pass along to you that TT's cancer is gone. I'm so happy for him. Power of prayer.

Thanks. TT told me all about it ;) Really won't know for sure until Wednesday but it looks very much in his favor.
