Darn, Fran. I hate to hear that. I have been up and down with the sore throat/chest/ sinus headache all week myself. Just when I think it is gone, it comes back. Hope he feels better soon.

It IS going around here too. My entire family has had it last week, on the other side of it now but still taking meds for comfort measures. My poor Mom just started with it today. she is still vaping though, and for that I am thrilled!!! She loves black licorice and Teaberry gum juices!

I got a kinda big deal of a surprise today. Katie has decided that she wants to gift me her car...2005 Hyundai Elantra, leather interior, less than 6k miles (yes you read that right!) Serviced only at the dealership since she bought it brand new. The deal is that I sign my car over to the ex, Katie signs her's over to me. I'm trying to decide if the hidden strings attached will be worth it. I know I will never get a better deal on a car than this, but is it going to be worth the ex going into orbit over?

I'm thinking I should (for once in my life) think of what's best for me...and I think this deal is just that

I feel a little better today, thank goodness. I have to be at the Health campus at 6:30 am with DH. Same thing that Bov had done a few weeks ago only his is just routine.

Hoping all of these bugs going around so early are not a sign of things to come this winter. Can't even believe it is time for flu shots again already! Time just flies when you are older than dirt
