Thanks for the advise, Dee. I have read about the benefits of both oils. She won't take anything I try to give her except the pills she recognizes as her normal meds, so I'd have to be sneaky about it...and that feels wrong to me. The ex is here 5 days a week now and is a big help, giving me a break from the care giving. He got his 1 and only warning about staying sober, and so far, so good.
