Morning folks :)

Visiting nurse came yesterday, physical therapist this afternoon. Katie seems to be doing well, but I'm afraid this ordeal left her mind more confused. She's mighty happy to be home tho.

I just dropped in to say hello. It seems that I have missed a lot. I WILL be back later to catch up when I have more time.

Hugs to you, Bov. And to everyone else here as well. :)

Fran that's amazing!!! I love it when a young one knows what they want and has the nads to go for it!!!
Best of luck to her! :)
A second Gd is single and 25 and attending the Police Academy til it ends in mid August because she has to in order to keep her full time cop job. She's also in the process of buying her own house.

Amazing kids. I'm so proud of them.

    Hi all!

Long weekend, went to a nephew's wedding in Cape Cod. The weather was cool but mostly sunny, perfect conditions.

It was a rare family gathering. People from FL (including a Green Beret who got permission to delay a deployment), Hawaii, London, and Massachusetts. It was great catching up with my brother and sister, and see all the nieces, nephews, and their children.

Poor DW stayed home, two of the pooches had gotten in a scrap earlier in the week, we didn't want to kennel them while one still had a few scrapes needing tlc.

Congrats to your GDs', Fran! Those are some awesome ladies!

Thank you, Salem. Things have certainly shifted to a more profound mental state for Katie since her hospital stay. I'm very concerned that she needs more care than she can receive at home :(

Sounds like a great weekend, Mark!

Deck is almost done, but I bought the wrong hanging brackets for the swing. Tyler will pick up the right ones and hopefully get it finished tomorrow. The railings turned out great tho :)

Wow, Bov! That is one helluva porch! Love it.

I am so very sorry about what you and Katie both are going through. I do know that it is common with dementia patients to deteriorate more and more with each hospital stay. :( Maybe she will get a bit better with a little time. I sure hope so. Not easy to watch a loved one go through this.

I also know that you love her dearly and will do what is right for her. I will keep you both in my thoughts and prayers.

Fran I hope those GDs all the success in the World......

Great looking deck !!! Granny had a swing similar on the front porch....Sent Unk and I into the azaleas one Sunday afternoon when the hooks pulled free from the roof.....So yeah....I like the heavy duty attachments myself.....

Rolling with a DNA/Crown 3 combo loaded with Dee's own Snake Oil.....Running it at 35 watts with the air just under 1/2....So far it's not a life changing experience but getting the job done none the less....Only drawback is lint in the tip from pocket carry.....OG Crown beside it with Bryce's Vanilla Custard alternate #2....Little more flavor from the OG Crown but that's one Hell of a juice in the tank....

Finished cleaning and organizing my Grandad's tools....I've got more chisels and punches than one will ever need when his and mine share the same drawer....Most of those chisels are mushroomed pretty good on the striking end....I've always been good at swinging a hammer and now I see it was hereditary....I've beat mine unmercifully and they're not mushroomed....plus his look like old school high quality steel and likely better than mine...

Dang old Tacoma was clunking when hitting bumps off road....I've poked and prodded and today found one of the sway bar links a little loose....A little grease in the fittings I'd previously missed and good as new....well the clunk is gone....Gonna get that timing belt in soon and then some new links for the Taco....That aftermarket grill is soon gonna be at the recycler as well......

Thanks everyone...for the wells wishes for Katie, and on the porch! I think the galvanized welded wire worked really well for the sides. Planter box across the yard side will help hide the piers, and the wire will work well for climbers like morning glories :)

Happy to hear Wayne has his shop fixed up, and he's doing well!

Fran, Happy to heat Wayne is doing well and all set up comfortably! :) Double woot on the grand daughters life plans. Love it!

Salem, so good to see ya! Do come back and catch us up on how you're doing when you can.

Bov, what Salem said about Katie! Word for word I wish you both the best!
Suhweet pergola gf!!! Two thumbs way up! :)

ElDee, glad you got the crown 3! I use .25s in mine but using it on a hex with the pot between 30 and 50. I dig it, but still love my v1s as well!

Mark, happy you had some family time fun and I hope the pooches are all healed up and feeling better.

Saying hey to Wharf as well! :)

Jasmine needs a little more healing time. It was a one-off weird thing, we know about how Maggie is with food, they actually do fine together (other than Magoo getting her food in her crate [though with the door not closed -- she just likes the personal space for eating]). DW had them all out in the yard, unfortunately Jas and Bear played slightly too much, things opened back up. Jas needs a couple days of going outside by herself (or with Sidney, our lazy older male Aussie), just to let things heal properly.

Nic is 1.5 MG/ML VG/PG isn't wrote down I suspect 70/30...possible 80/20 VG being the lower of the two....
    Nic 7.2
    PG. 268.8
    VG 144.0
    Capellas French Vanilla. 14.4
    New York Cheesecake. 14.4
    FW Vanilla Custard. 19.2
    EM. 4.8
    480 MLs of juice

I have the percentages somewhere unknown....This is what the recipe morphed into....Originally calling for all Capelas flavoring....I just use what I got and usually go FW or TFA.....This recipe was called Grant's VC alt#2 when I originally scored the percentages some years back....
