Very good news about the FDA.

And my day did get better...the ex is back in jail. Seems he got a "random" home check for a urine drug test this afternoon, and he hit hot for opiates...the powder kind. I don't know all the details, but I expect he'll spend the last 3 months of his parole back in prison.

Katie has major blockage in her carotids, and a weak tricuspid valve in her heart that is regurgitating blood. This is what is causing the edema in her lower legs. She is not a candidate for surgical repair of either issue. Dr said make her smile as often and keep her happy :)

Wednesday and Thursday had me on the road making the deal on the Kubota...Good news is the Kubota is here at the house....Trying to get caught up on missing two days I should have been hustling I've only driven the Kubota from the trailer to the shelter...There will be time for that soon....Old Skinflint Unk has sold his house and at 80+ is boxing everything under the sun for moving...They gave him 7 days to get out...He's been very generous with things he pilfered from my Grandparent's home...All his generosity had me suspicious he wanted me to help him move...last night he asked...trust he has never lifted a finger to help me in any way what so ever....never stopped him asking for help though....I knew that was coming and was just stringing the situation along while getting some of my Grandparent's stuff....Old Skinflint needs to look in the yellow pages....moving and storage.....

Most of the joists are in, DW wants me to reset some (fraction of a bubble tilt on a few). I've got plenty of composite shims, adjustments would be a partial shim on the inner beam. No biggie but the gold standard is the existing deck, which the extension must mate to - if the base deck has that tiny tilt it shall remain on the extension.

I'm sorry about the ex and Katie, Bov. I am glad he's back behind bars though so you don't have to deal with his bs.
Prayers for Katie.

Mark the deck looks fantastic!!! I hope you enjoy it for many years!

ElDee I too don't blame you for not moving unk.

Fran hope the outer issues are resolved soon!

Back to work for me in the am!

Happy Birthday a second time Mr.Rat !!!!!!

That Kevin boy has what you call serious mental issues.....

My new Kubota came with turf tires to protect the grass....I used that as my main negotiating tool...Learned through the webs about Kubota Whole Goods where kits that are assembled to build new tractors are sold at cost +10% or somewhere there about.....Dude in Richmond Va had a set to wheels and tires with a receipt for near 1K that he paid....wanted 650 said 500 would do it and I was gonna go tomorrow and lose another day when I'm just getting caught back up....Kubota uses 3 types of tires, turf, bar and R4 industrial....I preferred R4....he had bars that would get me by....Decided to check into the whole Goods and got a set of wheels and R4s coming for 590....no 150 mile trip required....Next week when they arrive I'm gonna change the fluids and filters and get everything up to El Dee spec....Until then I got a car I'm getting the wrinkles out of....vaping the same juice in all my Pos atm....No time to mix.....Pretty sure I've said it before but when I get rid of this car I'm turning out those shop lights for a while......
