What a relief to know that Katie took right to her new digs Bov !!!

Well I’ve been looking into building box mods , especially squonkers, again but I haven’t really found the form factor that I would really desire.

I was tired of waiting for 3Fvape to send my Pulse BF mod so I ordered one from Eciggity in Hawaii. They were the closest and it’s direct to San Jose (Bay Area) and a 2 ½ hour to drive here. I should be 3, maybe 4 days. USPS said the 28th. My 20700’s were charged and waiting... well we both did and now I have to wait until Monday [emoji35]

I had been thinking about repurposing one of my unbuilt boxes so this evening I pulled one out. This was much more difficult to get the 510 in because wires were in the way of the BF tube....
All in all I’m pretty pleased with the result!!!

That box looks snazzy, Wharf, but I gotta ask...where's the squonk cutout? I like it,tho!

Tracy, I hear ya on the 'spensive part! As much juice as I go thru, no way I could afford it if I didn't DIY.

I've been looking at South Carolina homes for sale for about 6 months, and have been pleased to discover there seems to be a lot of decent ones in my price range. Every time I look at one online, it always brings to mind all of the different projects this Notcigs family has tackled over the years. Boy, the things we could accomplish if we all had a weekend together

I spoke with Brookdale's activities director yesterday, and am so happy to hear Katie is still joining in with a smile on her face! My sincerest hope is that her memory of being dependent on me will fade quickly as she builds new bonds with staff there

Dang I thought it was spelled Katy....Glad everything is still going well.....As far as SC goes I've been all over it...I much prefer the Monk's Corner/Charleston area...Just bring plenty of bug spray...

Got the new charger capable of 20700s....The Sanyos are flat tops and I can fit a full rack of 6 in the charger no problem....The Amp Kings that come with the Oceanus though.....a tad long and a bit weak compared with the Sanyos.....

As the truck world turns....The 12 valve Dodge diesel was made from 94~98.5...98.5~02 was the end run of the second generation Cummins powered Dodge...The 98 saw the introduction of the quad cab meaning it has rear doors that open suicide style...My Dodge had the suicide doors my Tacoma doesn't...Trust if there is a Cummins powered Dodge between here Florida/Texas listed on the Craigs I've seen it....Columbia, SC has listed a 98 Dodge 5-speed with dual rear wheels....I've driven a Cummins powered Dodge since 2004....A12 valve dually with the rear doors only produced for 6 months???? Anybody wanna ride too Columbia???

Dang it, Dee...outside of Columbia is where I'll be headed! Sumter area to be exact. Good luck on the truck :)

Pics will be awhile, Fran. But you can be sure there will be plenty once I find something!!

Makes sense, Wharf. Just about as easy as the squonk notch.

Started going thru some of my stuff today, tossing the unneeded. Got a good shot of nostalgia while I lovingly wrapped up and packed my old Buzzes and M1A1 tanks :)

No, Fran...got a queen bed and a 50" flat screen tv, full sized desktop pc, etc. Even if I left the bed and tv behind, I have too many boxes to fit in my car. The young man who built the deck is going to pull a uhaul trailer for me and I'll follow in my car. It's about an 800 mile trip.
