The pulse bf really is sweet. There should be some awesome sales going this week. The Oceanus ampking batteries will work fine in it, though I still prefer the Sanyo 20700b as long as I'm staying in the 40w or lower zone.

On the pulse rda, I went with the 24. It works well with single coils, has a few improvements compared to the 22. Vv has a pulse kit coming, which includes the 24.

Best pulse set pricing I see right now is myvpro. Pick a bf, then add a 24 and they discount the 24, so total is just under $60.

The dead rabbit also definitely gets good reviews.

The next topper I'll be looking at is the Nixon RDTA. It has a tiny tank section, but comes with a squonk pin too, which refills the tank. DJLsb has a solid review on it, looks like a very nice single coil flavor setup. It looks like they may need to come out with a V2, though, tweak the topcap thickness and airflow.

The upper magnet on the Oceanus body has come loose. This'll be the third mod in the past year where I've had that happen[emoji5]

I sent a note in to 101vape, absolutely happy to fix it myself but I need to know which adhesive to use.

Best I can tell the Oceanus body is painted metal, so standard super glue may be fine.

Thanks for the info Mark...I looked into the Dead Rabbit RDA months back...I'm definitely gonna look at it again before I order a squonker...I would highly prefer it to be designed as a single coil only...I'm picky like that...

Funeral tomorrow at 2.....Family requests no black attire....My suit....black....everything else....black or camp...That HD shirt I purchased for the wedding a couple weeks back is black and gray....Prolly gonna say the hell with it and wear it....Funeral is at 2 then see the family after....First time I've seen it go down like that...Those funerals that hit hard I was dying to get the hell outta there afterwards...

Dang waiting until Sunday night to hit the road to Florida had me on pins and needles....14 others watching it on the bay....I've got the if I get it fine if I don't fine feelings now....That new fuel filter for the Kubota presented its own set of issues....It's a 4X4 and more often than not on terrain where the filter could be damaged if not mounted out of the way...Couple that with no good real estate to mount anything and HellYeah Houston...As usual I schemed this and that....Finally I dabbed a bracket hitting two of the six bolts holding on the front end loader....2 5/8th holes for the bolts on the tractor...2 holes at 50 thousandths over a 1/4 for the filter....All 4 holes gotta be in the thousandths of an inch for it to play.....Then and only then will the filter be suspended off the side of the tractor well hidden behind the arm of the front end loader...Good news is I channeled that nervous energy and got it cut/drilled/test mounted/painted....When the paint dries it should be all down hill to a fat fuel system for the Kubota...One that should have been installed in Japan.....

Dee I was hesitant with a mech, but the 20700 is a game changer. You still feel that first drop but then it stays constant for a long time. My second Pulse BF arrived Saturday.

Thanks Wharf! I'll send out the extra Therion bottle (it just lacks the inner plastic tab, reuse the one from the existing bottle) next time I send some beans.

I'm looking at modding my predator mech, switching to a modmaker 510 squonk connector. Oh.M.G vapez did a nice video of that. I can get the MM510 in the U.S., along with the wider contact nut. Unfortunately the 18mm mm510 washer doesn't seem to be carried in the U.S., nor are the beryllium copper battery contacts Oh.M.G. used. It's a coin toss on buying mod maker direct from the U.K., or going to a wider 22 or 25mm connector washer and redoing the contacts with some new 24gauge sheet copper.

El Dee, another super flavor rda, single coil, with a squonking pin, is the Oumier Wasp Nano. The only negative is that it has a small drip well, so you have to be careful about not over squonking. I ended up getting two of those, I liked it so much. Its sweet spot is lower power builds. I run it with the same 0.45 ohm. 5 wrap, 2.5mm ID, twisted kanthal I use on everything else. You're more than welcome to my 2nd Wasp - pulse 24 is my main rda, wasp is #2.
