I’m sorry Bov. :( Power tripping fools.
Hopefully first thing tomorrow you’ll hear.

Rincoe ceto? I’ll have to get one as I’m using my suorin air daily now.
Not sure if the c cells are like the ones from the old target set ups but those coils did not get along well with Bos lungs.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts Wharf! :)

Started staining the pickets on the deck two days back...2.5 inch brush and have at it....Obviously that uses muscles in the right arm and down the right side of your back because after a couple of hours they're feeling it....The first day rain forced a stop and just the last stained parts spotted....Yesterday I'd seen the potential for storms increased late in the day so I got an earlier start...Quit when I got tired and it rained about an hour later...All stained areas looked good after the first rain...Last night the sheet hit the fan and I've seen estimates of 5+ inches of rain...I've not patrolled the property as of yet but it was raining and blowing like there was no tomorrow...Same forecast for tonight and the deck is so wet I have the day off from staining...Needing to hit the Lowes as Mom's over the stove microwave has sheet the bed...It never ends....Drying is called for towards the end of the week.

I think all underwriters have a ego thing and think they have supreme power !!!

Must have an exceptionally tiny pecker to be power trippin over a $30k loan :pervy:

We had some t'storms move thru last night too, but the worst of it stayed just a bit south of us. All we got was some growling thunder and a little dab of rain.

My across the street neighbor is the Sumter Little Theater, and they are getting ready for their play season to start next week. They have some beautiful, very old and large Crepe Myrtles lining the sidewalks, and they did some heavy pruning. I couldn't resist picking a couple of gorgeous pieces to follow me home after I spotted them in the brush pile on the curb this morning! Not sure yet what I will do with them, but I'm sure I'll think of something! That's my shed they are leaning on

Dodged the rain until sometime after 2am when we got hammered again...Area at the bottom of my back door has water seeping up and out....That's where I fell last week....Just took an impressive slide when I went out to get Spike from his am nature call....He was barking...I was looking...Almost added too the scab collection...

We've got a few Crepe Myrtles here. One was planted down by the creek and was a gift from my dearly departed Aunt Azalee...Planted in a to shady area it had shot spindly limbs too the canopy in search of sun...When I cleared the area for the septic lines all was well until the Crepe Myrtle bloomed...Some of those limbs bent down to ground level and had to be trimmed back....When it cools and I'm not staining decks and such I plan on trimming it off level...It's getting sun now and I assume it will grow more full now....Grown mostly for the blooms but I've always found the wood interesting for shape, color and the bark is very different from most trees...Read a couple of years ago the Vikings used Dogwood for their clubs...I googled best wood for a walking stick....Round these parts a good long stick can come in handy for walking/killing venomous snakes/attitude adjustments as necessary....I searched out and cut several old growth Dogwood limbs and dried then out of the elements. They do make a mighty fine walking stick...

Jerry there's an area of dirt by my back door that's hard packed from being driven on....The last few days the dirt has been under water and there has actually been water weeping up from the Earth. When I'm on my game I dodge that...This am I let the dog take care of his business alone while I got the coffee going....The dog started barking and I went out in a rush and nearly fell again....Best news of all it's been raining cats and dogs for the last three hours....There will be no deck staining and I'm beginning to wonder if the rain will ever quit....

Been a soggy one here as well.

Heard from my buyer's agent this morning. The appraisal is fine and everything is on track with the loan. The holdup is the survey! The land that these 3 little houses are on has never been split into separate lots since it's always been owned and sold as a "package deal." I guess the city is having a hard time deciding how to divide.

Well no rain since last night....Fingers crossed

My friend Rod who passed last year was a surveyor by trade....Likely they're gonna require a survey done...That's actually a good thing because then you'll know exactly where your property begins and ends...I wouldn't wanna buy anything without a professional survey and a copy from the surveyor in my hand...

The rain came again late last night....Cold front forecast to push through tonight and usher the rains out over the Atlantic...Supposedly lower humidity and a dry spell...Given that info I'm gonna let the deck dry and hit the Lowes for supplies so when it's dry I'll be ready....Been growing my hair back out....Having to buy conditioners and stuff like the shower drain clogging with hair on the regular....Getting a haircut at 5....Really looking forward to walking across the yard and not getting wet shoes.....
