I seem to get sinus headaches in the late afternoon. I get a burning sensation while inhaling and I get pressure pain behind my cheek bones and behind the eyes. I take a hand towel and soak it in hot water, wring half of it out, lay down and put it over my eyes... Luckily it works every time.... Hope this passes soon Mark !

I wake up with sinus headaches sometimes, miserable while they last. Hopefully you can find some relief, Mark.

Chase's vision is continuing to deteriorate. Even with plenty of night lights, I wake in the middle of the night to the sound of his little feet scuffing around on the hardwood floors, looking for his way either to his water bowl, or back to his bed that is right beside mine. He turned 15 in August. He's about 6mo. in this pic

I use essential oils to help with sinus issues. A few drops of peppermint, a few drops of lemon and a few drops of lavender (smells like an old lady’s bedroom ;) ) in with some carrier oil of your choice for dilution (grape seed, coconut oil, etc) and apply behind my neck, temples, beneath my nose. It’s heavenly!
I like wharfs suggestion s well!
Feel better Mark, it’s awful!

Since beginning the enzyme Serrapeptase my sinus issues have disappeared...I suggest googling Serrapeptase and reading about what it does...It fixed my sinuses....

Began the day with a little chainsaw action to get the grass cleared for cutting....got the limbs from that on the burn pile...three trees cut and piled with two remaining...cut the grass after....good thing for Serrapeptase or tomorrow my head would be killing me with all the dust I breathed in from the heavily trashed yard...burned a pile yesterday and added stuff to that all day and kept it burning....Yard looks great but still a kazillion limbs where there's no grass...Gotta start prepping for the window at the beach and plan on installing that Saturday..I've been rolling wide open in the yard and still have the beach yard to tackle....All the walking through the tall grass was getting aggravating.....

I've been Hell bent to get the yard cleaned up...Pretty good grip on it now though a lot remains...Had to pick Mom from the beauty salon today....After I got ethanol free gas for the chainsaw....picked up some Royal Purple for the gas in the generator....ran a good dose of the RP through the generator and then got it stored away...I'd scored a rather large military aluminum box at the auction....Used the hammer and dolly to get the lid coming off a little easier then washed the box...Was used in it's previous life to transport medical supplies too the front...Gonna be a weathertight, traveling, construction tool box from here on...I gave 12.50 and suspect it's 60s~70s vintage...there was no debris removal or chainsaw action today...Gonna round up stuff for the window installation tomorrow....Then I can load my old/new tool box and maybe return to limb picking up/chainsaw duty...or maybe not....it's great exercise but I'm a little tired of that sheet....Seeing as that Wotofo squonk RDA is scheduled the limbs might have to sit....Looking forward to the premixed juice as well but every time in the past I've been let down...Maybe this time it will be good stuff....Double my usual 1.5 MG so I might get a little loopy...

Good to hear from you 5CS !!!

58 and counting Jerry.......Trust all those limbs are foot level and the constant bending over is getting old....Mom's house is on the highway....My house is back in the woods....Separated by a creek bottom....I got @ 2 acres in grass and Mom @1/3 acre....@ 2.5 acres in woods....Beach is 1.3 acres....large for beach property and has native trees and many large pines....It's all on my plate to take care of....Trust I see plenty of people resting most of the time....I on the other hand prefer to be busy....Hoping my vape package comes today and if so I'm getting the Simple and Pulse up and running....I also have to hit the Fastenal and Lowes before Friday....Debating purchase of a GE 50 pint dehumidifier from the Home Cheapo as well.....Not planning on pushing hard the next couple of days....This morning I was on my old page the Daath Recipe Calculator...Flavor in percentages there and that's where I learned to mix....

Love seeing you here J5!!

Dee, if I remember, you are a few months younger than me. I'll be 59 in Nov, and I know you can work circles around me!

It's been a good while since a new mod caught my fancy, but that new Yihi sx mini in the coffee color has my attention! My days of buying expensive mods is over tho, so I'll just have to admire it from a distance.

Fran, the only new pic I have from the house is working on my canvas drop cloth curtains. I bought 8 of the 4x12' drop cloths from Harbor Freight when they had them on sale for $5.99, washed them, and finally got my curtain rods installed this week. I had to wait until I could find my dang drill! Hung the rods right at ceiling height, but I'm gonna need to double fold the valance part. Here's a pic of the project, as I worked on the south windows in the living room yesterday. You'll see why I want to double fold the top drop :)

Looking good, Bov!

The Leon is working well enough that I tweaked the positive contact, cleaned up the installation. With the modmaker 510 and my new 22 gauge copper contacts, all in it's under $30 for a beautifully performing 20700 squonker.

Definitely happy that I ordered a second one from FastTech. I like the pulse 80w, use it a lot, but I do enough work in grungy conditions that the simplicity of a mech, easy to clean, is important [emoji3] The door seats beautifully, no way it'll pop off accidentally.
