How's the house coming,Bov?

I haven't done anything more than normal upkeep in the last couple of weeks. Losing Chase has hit me hard, so I'm being gentle with myself until my motivation returns. I hope you were able to get a little sleep after your post

I get my reading glasses at Costco...3 pairs in a pack....Foster Grant...Got the last pack on sale for @ 10 bucks...They seem to have a time limit....I'd been wearing 2 pairs for months with the 3 pack waiting on the shelf...Within 2 days time the arms on both pairs came apart where the screws are....Needing a pack for the shelf now.....

Last 2 days I've been pressure washing Mom's house....Not that it was dirty but I'd heard how bad it was at least a kazillion times from the Criticize Queen....It's done now and the backside of my house is a lovely algae green so that's on tap for today....Trust the Criticize Queen will immediately switch to her kitchen cabinets needing paint now....I'll just hold my breath and try and keep from catching a prison sentence....

With the temp up to 75, I decided today was the day to crawl under the house to take a look at the hole for the bathtub drain. Been having trouble stripping these cheap screwdriver bits on the heavy duty screws that hold the closure for the water heater, so couple of days ago I picked up some construction grade DeWalt driver bits. They did the trick! Got the crawlspace hatch off easily, crawled under the house and put pipe insulation on the water lines, and was happy to discover the hvac ductwork is already insulated. The hole will be easier to fix from inside the linen closet instead of under the house. New bits got the hatch cover back on tight, as well as finishing tightening the water heater door.

I was also happy I didn't bump into any Halloween buggers under the house

I've lost mine, gave up looking for them and bought new ones (dollar store) then eventually found the lost ones. I now have about 7 pairs.

Mine are prescription, transitional eyeglasses. I don't want to lose them 5card !!!!

I can't get prescription until they get done working on this effin eye. You would think after working on it for 10+ years they would have it done.

I've been debating ordering a Freemax Mesh Pro tank....Anybody using one ??????

Today will be day 4 running the pressure washer....The backside of my house was jacked up with algae and mold.....Just about tired of the pressure washer....Cold front on the way and we're supposedly gonna have severe storms with damaging winds possible....That's business as usual these days.....Gonna hit the U.S. Marshall's auction lot here in a few for the preview of tomorrow's auction....3 really nice motorcycles seized from someone are on the bid....Usually sheet gets outta hand at those auctions but there's always the chance of a deal as well...I missed one Hell of a deal on a Jeep there a year ago...There was a motorcycle a couple items past the Jeep so I held on to my cash....yepp.....the motorcycle went outta the park....

I missed a deal on a dresser last summer. Had to wait until my car was paid off. I make my final payment on it in a couple days. This dresser was on the corner of a guys yard with a sign that read for sale $3500.00. I'll never find a deal like that again.

    Good evening all.
