Just a quick check in on LD. By now he knows the test itself was not as bad as he feared. Hoping that he also knows by now that the prognosis was not as bad as feared.

Wasn’t able to check in any earlier but I have been thinking of him today.

Tracy, I think that you would be well within your rights to lock dd in her room! Ha, ha. J//K but I do know that you want to.

Fran, I think that you are being smart waiting to decide. They say that it is best to wait 1 year before making any major changes. If you are able to do so.

I will be checking back in on word from LD. If they found any blockages they may have placed stents. In that case they would keep him overnight. Maybe that’s why he couldn’t check in.

I had my stress test yesterday. I had a procedure where they put a IV line in my hand. During the stress test at full speed, they shot a syringe of a protein that shows how much blood is flowing through the heart muscle, not the chambers. They put me under a $2mil camera that takes 128 photos. They said before that, they would have to go in to see what is happening. I don't think it's good for me that they needed to do this.... But I hope all is good.

Fran, it’s always nice to have options. Take some time to weigh them out and do what is best for your health and happiness.

Middle DD was having some second thoughts when the lease was sent to review. Ain’t gonna lie, I was a bit relieved. Last night they said they postponed move in date until March 15. So there’s that! Miss Madison will move from her small cozy room into Lauren’s larger one. Bring on the tissues!

Darn it. Was hoping that Ld would have checked in by now.

My gut tells me that he may have needed a stent or two placed. Good thing about that would be that they were able to do a repair before anything serious happened.

I am certain that he would have checked in by now if he was able to do so.

Wharf, I know how scary it is. I went through this last March. I failed the stress test and was scared sheetless of the heart catheter. I ended up being fine and the same could happen to you. Worst thing you could do right now is to be stressed about it. I know, staying calm is easier said than done.

The other thing is that even if there is something going on they are catching it before anything serious happens.

Just an FYI- when I had my heart catheterized, I was told up front that if any blockages were found I would be kept at hospital overnight. That’s why I am thinking it may have happened to LD.

Can't type much.....Didn't get home until 10:30 or so....The stents were all in front of me in line and I sat in the waiting room from 12~3....Ultrasound/echo at rest shows heart pumping plenty of blood...Cath reveals some blockages @ 30~40 %...No stent until 70%....Strict orders to rest arm so gotta go

Yay!!!! So glad to hear this. LD!!! I thought that I was going to have to worry about you all day long. I hadn’t even thought about the fact that you have to be extremely careful with that arm.

Even a small bump to it could be serious trouble. Please, take it easy today and just read along here. Woohoo!!!!!!
