Prayers for your Cousin Tracy ~

Thank you all for the Prayers. It was scary Wednesday Dee but today I'm feeling a bit more optimistic. That being said, I know I'll be a wreak the day of.

(((Wharf))) I know it is scary just thinking of them going into the arteries leading to your heart. It truly is so minimally invasive that you will barely even know anything was done afterwards. Except for having to be extra cautious with your wrist.

Besides my mom I was also with a friend that had it done several years ago. She was bored to tears staying the night in the hospital and neither had any pain from the procedure. Piece of cake. You will see :)

Wow, Fran. I almost hate to tell you but it was 72 and sunny here today. We have had pretty nice weather all week.

Hopefully Spring will arrive for you soon too.
I'm hoping so but 70's are still awhile away....... Possible 60 for next Fri and Sat will be a big improvement if we get it.

Same here, 5" over night, but it reached mid 30s today, a lot is melting.

Finished the new wheel posts for our homemade boat, switching to 4x6 with stub axles and 18" dock wheels. Probably bring them by to camp tomorrow, hope for good weather next weekend to switch out the old ones for the new. I'll have to pull some of the deck planks, then a bunch of unbolting and rebolting.

DW wants me to look at a new outboard instead of old. I'm poking about to see what I can get a 4 or 5hp tohatsu for, though personally I'd rather get a used 2 stroke (simpler maintenance, no problem laying on its side); the hassle factor is needing a long shaft, as a standard 15" is too short for our boat.

If anyone would like to try a 2oz bottle of NuNaturals Nustevia Clear Extract liquid stevia, you're welcome to it. I'd ordered the vanilla flavored, they accidentally sent this one. (The correct one is being sent)

Their white stevia powder seems like a winner. A dash of it plus some cinnamon added to a large bowl of dry oat bran has the right sweetness, no aftertaste.

Did the fist mowing of the yard for the season yesterday, but it was mostly to pick up the live oak leaves that shed in the late winter/early spring. Dust, pollen, and leaf mold equals a tight chest and sinuses today, but Bella is raring to go for her walk. She's only a 2 speed model....full go, or sleep

Hey Bov, you may want to think about wearing a disposable dust mask while doing yard work. I have horrible allergies year round and they help a lot.

I also use a saline nasal spray as soon as I go inside to rinse the allergens from my nose. I was taking weekly allergy shots before we moved. Hoping to control my allergies without them here.

Woohoo!!!! That’s awesome, Bov!!!! I am so happy for you and Bella both. It really sounds like you are settling in quite well here in the south :)

I actually got a few washable/reusable dust masks from Amazon that work really well. They were pretty inexpensive too.
