Are your wicks collapsing?

Or, maybe they are choking?

Wicking is the hardest, it really is. Too much and they choke the juice from getting to the coil, too little and they collapse and then singe. Either situation produces very hot air with little to no vapor. Can you post a pic of your wicking?

No It's definitely not wicking. Keep in mind I've been vaping these two 24's since about march this year so I ran the gauntlet of builds and wicking techniques until I found what I liked and what worked. The tanks vape like there's hot spots but like I said I only use spaced coils. It ramps right up and then it feels like there is no resistance, just wide open hot air with a little vapor.will post pics of wicking tomorrow phones almost dead.

Stupid questions, sorry but I have to ask!
Are the grub screws tight? I've had coils act like hot spots because they'd come loose.
How old are your batteries and how hard are you pushing them? Sorry, but you should know by now you don't have the best quality batteries and if you have been, and still are, pushing them, the batteries might be crapping out or you mods shutting down to protect themselves and you?
As stated above, check the wicking. It's easy to get frustrated or try to hurry and make a mess of something stupid!
I'm a broken record, I know, but check the stupid simple things first!

I used to work tech support, hence the power outage q... too bad in a way, might have solved the prob somewhat... it's never the power going out as the main issue, it's when the power comes back on it break things. just a fyi for those that don't know. we used to get flooded with calls when the power came back on, that's when it would fry anything plugged in, with surges.. from tvs to chargers(which would kill any batteries charged over time). batteries seems the next logical choice since it's 3 mods and 4 attys, that would be the next common connection since most everything else has been ruled out, but since one is a built in.. I really am at a loss now.

Ok hitting like it has a hot spot is vague. What's the hit like? Dry? Burnt cotton flavor? Lots of popping? What?

What are you wicking with? TC or power mode?

Do you add water to thin your juice?

Honestly if all your getting is hot moist air and no or very slight vapor then you probably got water in your tanks. Water will displace the juice, kill the flavor and give you a steam hit(hot, moist and no flavor) after a few pulls.

Rework the tanks with new wicks and make sure they are dry before filling. Make sure the coils glow evenly. Get a different bottle of juice to use.

If using prebuilt coils then get new coils. Might be a bad batch.

In a previous post you said it was ok for a hit or 2 then hot air. Still feel your wicks aren't keeping up with you.
Trouble shoot your mods with an inexpensive dripper. Easy to monitor coil/wick builds. Hell you might even like it..
All comments helped but your comment nailed it I love my first rda the troll 2 thanks brother will post more when I'm sober LOL

Keep on trying to trouble shoot your problem so here is story from years back.
Used make ss mesh coils in genesis etc etc been there done all that as a diy er.

Anyways at one point i tried non rest wire for the ends on a certain atty do not recall what type that was and had a roll of this non rest wire with my kanthal rolls and by mistake picked it up wound a coil.

Now memory escapes me on if it just blew or i got not nothing.
I do recall rewinding several coils and same results.
Then i looked at that roll of wire and said to myself you idiot.

Try this.. take one mod. Strip it and clean it, test your batteries. Clean the contacts and threads. Rebuild the atomizer from scratch, new wire, new wick, prime and let it set 2 minutes, and give it a go. If we can get one working, we can try the same on the next one. I mean seriously, they can't all go bad at the same time, something must be not quite right.

Unless... (Insert tobacco company conspiracy theory here)

You know, if this was the problem, I would deny it and say Big Tobacco had sent a covert op, but I found the issues.. :) Kind of like last night I was vaping, couldn't get any fog and then spotted my battery sitting on my desk...
