Nova tank getting hot?

so i have a nova tank that i have on a e-twist the coil is rated at 2.8 and im running it on 4volts, but my tank is getting hot.
is my coil going bad or do i just have my voltage up to high?

sounds like ur chaining...the voltage is actually very low but everything gets hot, i wouldn't worry about it... i run my 2.8ohm heads @ 5.2 volts...u should be fine
