Dual coil 2.5 or 2.8 ohm coil head

2.5 or 2.8 dual coils are pretty tough to use on most equipment without using a vv/vw pv or mechanical mod. you would want to have some pretty decent power firing them, more then what most ego's can do. Most usually go with 1.5ohm dual coils.

as far as who makes the smoktech version im not sure, i never understood the difference by the picture. I simply always went with the same vendor i got the tank from

the point of using a dual coil is that it gives similar results to a standard coil with lower power outputs. a 1.5ohm dual coil at 4.2 volts would be about 12 watts which is the same as running at 3.0 ohm single coil at 6 volts. also keep in mind depending on your mod amp limit you may be able to push that 1.5ohm too 5.3v's which would be about 18 watts.
