I wish I would've noticed this contest earlier. Thanks for the contest.
I just store mine in a cabinet out in my workshop. It's high enough so the kids can't reach it (they don't go in my shop anyway), and it keeps the light out. It doesn't get hot here on the coast of N. California, and my shop is on the north side of the house - it's always cool in my shop. It's nice for nic storage, but not so nice when I'm working during cold weather.

I keep my nicotine in glass. Wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in double ziploc bags. I do have a reason for extra security in my nic. My SO has a habit of looking for stuff in the freezer. One bottle of nic in the past ended up on concrete. Stand up freezer is located in basement. It was not bubble wrapped and did break. Luckily, he did not get hurt. Another safety factor to keep in mind.

My storage method is rather simple, each bottle is boxed to protect it from any light, the box is labeled, taped closed, then placed in a larger foam insulated box that resides within a chest freezer in my basement.

In the event that a power outage happens the extra level of protection that the larger insulated box affords is nice.

We have a cross country move planned in the future, dry ice will be my friend on that 3 day drive.

I store my nic base double bagged, in a padlocked ammo box, buried in the (locked) basement chest freezer. My kids ( 12 & 16) have been warned about nicotine's toxic effects.
I am fairly certain my dog will not sprout thumbs and start rummaging in there. He knows where the keys are though.

Congrats to the winners.
