...so any batches with diacetyl over the LOD (limit of detection .4mg/mL), were disposed of, and "bases manufactured with acetoin" replaced the diacetyl (which seems that acetoin is added).

Something has to be added to a non-creamy natural flavor/extraction to create a creamy flavor, right? Example: Coffee Creme flavor. Those of us that have made our own coffee extractions know that they are not creamy on their own...some type of creamy flavor has to be added to make them creamy. But it seems like you're saying that the creaminess comes from the 'natural material', and the acetoin molecule is not added (but you say above that you have substituted acetoin in place of diacetyl)

...but then acetoin (and/or other man/lab created molecules) are added, right?

Please clarify! (as soon as you have the time, of course

Also (just fwiw), regarding 'undetectable amounts'...

Frustratingly for those learning more & more about these 'inhalation risk chemicals' (diacetyl, acetoin & acetyl propionyl), typical "under the limit" testing (less than .4mg/mL) is a cause for concern. For example, if a chemical is present at a mere .2mg/mL ("non detected"), then that equates to 200,228 ppb. If it's present at .35mg/mL (still "non detetcted), then it's present at 350,399 ppb. And with the suggested NIOSH RELs (recommended exposure limits), being 8-31ppb for inhalation/vapor, even mixed at 5% into an e-juice is cause for concern.

I've got white particals around the bottle threads of my patchouli vanilla. It's caked on and when I turn the cap on or off they grind/flake off. I too would like to know what that is, specifically.

Also, if the testing only goes to .4, that is a problem. Jake, can you advise what flavors are or should be absolutely positively 100% free of those ingredients? If you could also advise what flavors acetoin or acetyl were added to, definitively, that would be nice/required. As it stands now I cannot use any of these flavors. I'd like to at least use some of them but without clarification I cannot use any of them.

I'm terrible at math According to my math I'd have to use these flavors at .001% to make sure my liquid is within REL. If you don't mind, could you check my math? If not, I understand as math is a terrible, terrible evil put on Earth to torment and confuse people... Well... Me at least.

hate to beat a dead horse but itd be nice to know some of this.. ive been vaping for a few years and have been weary about flavoring. if its possible to list which flavors have these 3 chemicals in them id be more inclined to exclusively buy from you guys

First what is the VG made from what plant.soy,palm coconut....and is there a diffrence between them..I'd like a VG that is flavorless and not to sweet, and does the plant source influence visosity at all..Is the VG a byproduct of the bio-desiel proscees which may contain animal fats or is it produced to be VG solelly..

shreduhsoreus, yes I have measured . I have 30 brown dram bottles and lots of reused clear dram bottles. They are all the same size and you can fit 4ml into them - just not 5ml. All I was hoping for was a change in the amount said on the site - that is all.

5ml vials DO contain 5ml of whatever the contents are, with variance of a fraction of a ml depending on how close they got to the top.

While I was making my first mixes with the Nude Nicotine flavorings, I drew 2.5ml into a pipette. It was exactly(or pretty damn close to the point where the difference is trivial) to half of the bottle.
