My basement/dungeon laboratory...
Not much space, but I do have a dedicated cabinet and small counter (covered in wax-paper)

And right next to the burr-mill and coffee pot...

With an 8-min-max timer, my ultrasonic needs to be conveniently located. ;-)

I would dearly love to upgrade my facilities, but and upgrade in equipment would still be a boon.

Hope I'm not too late......... could use an upgrade

Not too late at all! Really like that you have your expiration dates clearly labeled on your starting materials :)

Spent the past month contacting different seller about flavoring, nicotine base, bottles and other supplies need to start making e-juice to sell in a local owned electronic store and I have come up with nothing other than what is shown in the photo. It seems that those selling flavoring have the best flavoring there is offer and those selling all else have the best there is to offer. The guys at nude nicotine didn't make any outrageous claims when I contacted them but they did say that they looked forward to helping me in the future. After almost a month I was 99% sure I was going to be placing a order for nude nicotine base yesterday but didn't do so because of noticing that the September coupon was only for eliquid and is of no interest to me, just looking to try a 500ml bottle of 100 mg nicotine bases.. As a last ditch effort of obtaining a bottle of nicotine base for something less than the going rate I thought I would go ahead and post a photo of my mixing supplies and pray that if I won the chemistry set I could talk someone into placing my order for a 500ml bottle of 100mg nicotine base in the same box used to ship the chemistry set :)

Clean, simple, sterile (seemingly), good stuff! Are you using the mneasuring cups for your measurements? Let's hope we can get your hands on some more accurate glassware! Menisci are HARD to read on measuring cups

Hey! A dedicated space is a dedicated space :) Maybe I would suggest laying down a more sterile piece than wax paper? And doesn't that stuff slide everywhere when you work on it? I'm only imagining!

Preparing for our good ol' drawing in a few. Having the newest lab staff member choose our lucky winner when she walks in this morning in about 20 minutes

Thankfully I'm not standing on it!
It's a food grade product and is at least as sterile as as a plastic bottle washed 3-days ago... if I have a large-ish spill, I wipe it up and lay a new sheet.
For the most part it's not to protect the counter from my diy supplies, but to protect my DIY from the old pitted counter top.

You many want to make friends with a Random Number Generator (free...Google it). The fastest, easiest, and most objective method of picking numbers at random. ;-)

And our luck winner is post #49 - 'yellowsnow'! We really hope this set will aid you in the accuracy and cleanliness of your formulations! And you better get back to us on how your absolutes are doing with the Iso2. I used to own one, but it was lost to time... You should share with us what you have tried thus far!

THANK YOU VERY MUCH for everyone who participated. Those of you who cleaned up your space a bit to take a picture, I sincerely thank each and every one of you for sharing your space with the lot of us. We can only grow and improve with the help of others, and we have nothing to hide, especially in such a warm and welcoming community as this.

I'll leave this thread open for a bit for any discussion if you guys would like. And as always, anything you would post over is here is ALWAYS welcome in our main supplier's thread. We are here to answer ANY question you may have, no matter how prodding or seemingly basic. Ask away!

The measuring cups will be use for mixing purposes only, the liquid going into the measuring cups will be measured out in a Graduated Cylinder before making its way into the cup.. No cylinders have not been shown because I'm still looking for a place to obtain a "set" of cylinders, I can buy glassware from China all day long but I prefer not to do so when I have a choice therefor I have been watching eBay in hopes of buying new/nos USA made cylinders. Sort of watch and wait because everyplace that I contacted that has glassware seems to be selling the Ching stuff, I don't mind waiting, my wait over the past couple of weeks resulted in me buying a couple of lab grade mixing machine that I'm guessing I will tear down to sterilize them perhaps set back up as set volume dispenser for PG,VG, FLAVOR, NIC or ?

Keep watching eBay! Lots of sets of Kimax and Pyrex cylinders are sold every day there. Just make sure to sterilize before use :)

Thank to VERY much to everyone who participated :) I, and I hope everyone, learned a lot from what others have out there in the way of formulations equipment, lab supplies, design of space, etc... I know I sure learned a lot about how a good cross-section of ECF operates! Our next contest will be relevant to our eliquid promotion and coupon 'nnsept10' this month. We will be giving away one 10mL bottle each day for the rest of September - a different flavor each day, covering our entire 25-flavor menu. I hope everyone looks for this one in the Supplier's section as well!

Best regards,
Jake
