I was cutting back on coffee, but for the past 3 days Ive been making a whole pot, drinking 2-4 cups, then mixing in sugar/creme and sticking it in the fridge for later! 
Iced coffee is great in the evening when you wanna cool off and not take a nap

Unfortunately not that I'm aware of (except possibly surgically and point specific ie: lithotripsy for stones). What I'm using is a big powerful transducer (sound head) that produces internal heat and release...not recommended on vital organs.
I refuse to pay for Netflix or Amazon Prime...I 'borrow' from else where... but that sucks for their customers...

My wife had a hysterectomy done robotically with the DaVinci and was up and walking a few hours later. VERY minimal incisions and sutures. Do you have that option?
