Morning! Sorry for disappearing! Not sure if it was the internet here or ECF but it was taking FOREVER for things to load. Ill go through everything now and post the official winners soon, hope everyone had fun!
I believe it was ECF, as there was information that retired1 posted indicating they were working on some things to improve things overall, however we would have to suffer a little growing pains to get there. (Not verbatim what retired1 said, but the way I read it
